Pessima esperienza, e ne ho sentite tante altre. Inoltre ha saputo descrivere con grande chiarezza l'azienda, i prodotti e le funzioni aziendali. Recentemente ho avuto diversi colloqui di lavoro anche con headhunter, ma in Siretessile ho avuto l'esempio migliore in assoluto nella selezione del personale. Spero che il signore con cui ha parlato non sia del reparto HR e che non ne abbiano uno, perché la presunzione, la maleducazione e l'atteggiamento indisponente non è proprio di un responsabile HR. Il biglietto da visita di un'azienda è anche un ottimo team Risorse Umane, ed il loro fa già intendere che la professionalità e un buon ambiente lavorativo siano inesistenti. Non volevo credere al parere di un'ex dipendente, ma a quanto pare devo ricredermi. Assolutamente da evitare. Interview not at all professional. I hope the gentleman you spoke to is not from the HR department and that they don't have one, because the conceit, the rudeness and the annoying attitude is not really of an HR manager. The business card of a company is also an excellent Human Resources team, and their already suggests that professionalism and a good working environment are non-existent. I didn't want to believe the opinion of a former employee, but apparently I have to change my mind. Absolutely to be avoided.
