★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mia valutazione è riferita esclusivamente alla bus station di via Umberto, insufficiente nell'assistenza al viaggiatore. A mio parere, la fermata centrale dei pullman, nei servizi offerti, non può essere simile a quella di una qualsiasi fermata urbana. Attualmente l'area di parcheggio dei bus è stata spostata, provvisoriamente per lavori stradali, a qualche centinaio di metri, nella cosiddetta zona villini.
 This assessment of mine refers exclusively to the bus station in via Umberto, insufficient to assist travelers. In my opinion, the central bus stop, in the services offered, cannot be similar to that of any urban stop. Currently the bus parking area has been moved, temporarily for road works, to a few hundred meters, in the so-called villini area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capolinea del bus Interlbus per Palermo. L'autobus arrivato in orario e l' autista gentile e disponibile. Ci vorrebbe un locale dove attendere i bus e fare i biglietti, il box piccolo dove si vendono i biglietti è veramente indecente e sa di terremotati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can catch AST bus line 23 near interbus stop and go to Arenella (a very nice beach to go).
AST bus station can be found between streets named Corso Umberto I and Via Onorevole Dottor Giuseppe Rubino. You could buy bus tickets at the nearby bars.
There are many stop stands along the road. You better read the post on them one by one until you find the bus line no. And she'll your wanted, or you will easily miss the bus.
Bus 23 to arenella is a circle line. Buses run from the siracuse bus terminal near train station to arenella in 40 mins and back in 40 mins. Therefore, there are only buses every 1.5 hour and the schedule seems only avaliable at the bus stop. So be prepared you may just miss a bus and wait for next bus 1.5 hour later.
The bus will drop you off at Traverse Renella, then you just walk along the main street southward to the beaches. The bus runs as a circle line so you can catch the return bus at the same bus stop.
