★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto, soprattutto pulito, buona la pizza e la birra artigianale. Martina e la sua collega sono state molto gentili e soprattutto professionali. Hanno sopportato ben 28 tra adulti e bambini... Siam stati molto bene domenica scorsa. Ci ritorneremo.....

Io ho assaggiato la pizza del mese di marzo con salame piccante, capperi, pomodorini e filetti di peperoncino, che dire semplicemente divina. Il personale è gentile e sa consigliarti al meglio. L'impasto è uno dei migliori di Monopoli, sia per il gusto sia per la digeribilità. Spero di tornare presto. Alla prossima.
Welcoming and well-kept place. I am very happy because they accept dogs and it is not for everyone. I tasted the pizza of the month of March with spicy salami, capers, cherry tomatoes and chilli fillets, which is simply divine. The staff is kind and can advise you the best. The dough is one of the best in Monopoli, both for taste and digestibility. I hope to come back soon. Until next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza ottima, mangiata poche volte di questa qualità. Impasto leggero, molto morbido e digeribile.Oltre alle tradizionali, si possono ordinare pizze con prodotti tipici e più particolari. Birre consigliate azzeccate.
Staff simpatico e disponibile.
Unico piccolo difetto, mangiando fuori, senza una copertura, essendoci molto vento, abbiamo un po' patito. Tuttavia il cibo è più che ottimo.

Excellent pizza, eaten a few times of this quality. Light dough, very soft and digestible. In addition to the traditional ones, you can order pizzas with typical and more particular products. Recommended beers hit the spot.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The only small flaw, eating outside, without a cover, as there is a lot of wind, we suffered a bit. However the food is more than great.

Pizza con impasto di buona consistenza, ottima alveolatura, prodotti top in qualità e freschezza, scelta degli abbinamenti sapiente e calibrata, cottura perfetta. One of the best pizzas in Monopoli and its surroundings. Pizzeria located on the outskirts of Monopoli with the possibility of finding parking in the immediate vicinity. Location in style, modern gives the feeling of order and clean. Wood oven. Pizza with good consistency, excellent alveolation, top quality and freshness products, wise and calibrated choice of combinations, perfect cooking. Friendly and courteous staff who give a lot to customers. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'inesperienza purtroppo si percepisce sia nelle pietanze che nel servizio. Personale gentile ma ancora inesperto.
Con riguardo alle pietanze:
-il soutè di cozze compreso nell'antipasto è solo gusci e cozze inesistenti. Fossi stato il cuoco, non le avrei né acquistate né servite, perché un soutè così per me non va servito al tavolo e va sostituito con un'altra pietanza
-la pizza viene servita con l'impasto ancora crudo, peccato perché per il resto andava bene
-in una pizza con tarallo sbriciolato mi sarei aspettato più un tarallo casereccio e non uno confezionato buttato li sopra
Con riguardo al servizio:
-pane puccia per accompagnare l'antipasto servito a fine antipasto assieme alla pizza
-un piatto non terminato è stato portato via dal tavolo senza chiedere
-pizza servita assieme all'antipasto
-preconto velocissimo
Insomma tempi non rispettati, personale senza esperienza e piatti non bene ad oggi.
Unfortunately, inexperience is perceived both in the dishes and in the service. Nice but still inexperienced staff.
With regard to the dishes:
-the mussel soutè included in the appetizer is only shells and mussels that do not exist. Had I been the cook, I would have neither bought nor served them, because a soutè like this for me should not be served at the table and must be replaced with another dish.
-the pizza is served with the dough still raw, too bad because otherwise it was fine
-in a pizza with crumbled tarallo I would have expected more a homemade tarallo and not a packaged one thrown on top
With regard to the service:
-pane puccia to accompany the appetizer served at the end of the appetizer together with the pizza
- an unfinished dish was taken away from the table without asking
-pizza served together with the appetizer
- very fast pre-sale
In short, times not respected, staff without experience and dishes not good to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria in zona periferica di Monopoli, fornita di ampio parcheggio. Il locale è carino e spazioso. Abbiamo prenotato per poter mangiare la pizza senza glutine. Abbiamo preso anche pizze normali e secondi di carne. La pizza Euforica è buonissima e fatta bene. La pizza senza glutine caprese: impasto buono ma la mozzarella una volta che si è sciolta ha bagnato tutto l'impasto, peccato. La salsiccia zampina di San Michele è veramente buona, infatti abbiamo fatto il bis. Abbiamo pagato il giusto. L'unica cosa negativa è stata la qualità della mozzarella che ha bagnato tutta la pizza senza glutine.
Pizzeria in the outskirts of Monopoli, equipped with ample parking. The place is nice and spacious. We booked to be able to eat gluten-free pizza. We also took normal pizzas and meat main courses. Euforica pizza is very good and well done. The Caprese gluten-free pizza: good dough but once the mozzarella has melted it wet all the dough, too bad. The Zampina di San Michele sausage is really good, in fact we did an encore. We paid the fair. The only negative was the quality of the mozzarella which wet all the gluten-free pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing restaurant. Really just found it by chance, but it was really worth it.
Fabulous good, see pictures below, great atmosphere, great staff, really a credit to everyone involved in it.
The starter below was divine, really something different from what we had got before. It really worked.
As it was a night of a festival, they were only doing pizza, so we had the two below. Just brilliantly done.
They weren’t found desert, but as it was our anniversary, they did one, chocolate lasagna (no pasta in it, just a name for it). Anyways, it was really well executed and as good as any I’ve eaten in any restaurant, and I’ve been to too many.
On the way out, ran into the chef, complemented him on the meal. Turns out they only locally source from the area, zero km or miles on the food, hence the freshness and vibrancy of everything they presented to us on the night.
Pity this restaurant is so far away, it deserves to be appreciated on a wider stage.
In my opinion, do yourself a favor and visit if in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those of you in Monopoli who are looking for a good restaurant and the best Pizza in town, please go to SIR. Excellent service, high quality& very tasty food as well as a wide variety of beers, all at reasonable prices.
Highly recommended is also the SOUFFLÈ AL CIOCCOLATO!!! You definitely need to try it, if you love the taste of chocolate! Particularly the melted chocolate core inside is incredible.
