Venga domani pomeriggio". Mio caro signore, le persone che sono costrette a rivolgersi ad uffici come i vostri, per pratiche di invalidità, hanno un lavoro. Se lei ne conoscesse il significato, capirebbe anche che prendere giorni di ferie e permessi non è così facile. Purtroppo la mediocrità è sovrana.
