EXTREMELY RUDE staff, not competent on what is required and not very patient in listening to the needs of those who approach unknown bureaucratic dynamics for the first time.

Ho chiamato per avere delle informazioni che mi servivano ed eventualmente prendere appuntamento per una consulenza,sono stata liquidata senza ricevere le informazioni che cercavo. Una maleducazione e non professionalità mai viste prima. Scortesi e' dire poco! Ne esco che ne so meno di prima che chiamassi dato che sono stata liquidata con due parole sgarbate e tra l'altro fuori luogo, mi rivolgerò altrove che sicuramente sapranno fornirmi le informazioni che cercavo senza essere trattata male, dato che la persona con cui ho avuto a che fare non aveva voglia e ne'tempo! The person I dealt with was totally inadequate and unsuitable for a person who has to work with the public and is presumed to have a minimum of education and know how to provide clear information. I called to get the information I needed and possibly make an appointment for a consultation, I was liquidated without receiving the information I was looking for. A rudeness and non-professionalism never seen before. Rude is an understatement! I know that I know less than before I called since I was dismissed with two rude words and among other things out of place, I will turn elsewhere that will surely be able to provide me with the information I was looking for without being treated badly, since the person with whom I have had to do had no desire and no time!
