★ ★ ★ ★ ★ voi non avete voglia di fare niente. date appuntamenti ed e 1 mese che aspetto, e poi la gente che viene e non ce nessuno. fate solo ridere. fate lavorare chi a veramente voglia. e se la gente viene da voi e perche a bisogno.
you did not feel like doing anything. dates and appointments and 1 month that aspect, and then the people who come and do not anyone. Just laugh. do those who work at really want. and if people come to you and why to need.

inoltre x fare il 730 da "non tesserato" chiedono ben 100euro contro gli 80euro che si pagano "da altre parti".
bad ... long queues, unlikely times and above all they don't answer the phone.
also x to make the 730 as a "non-registered" they ask for 100 euros against the 80 euros that are paid "elsewhere".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono diversi giorni che mi reco c/o il patronato nella speranza di poter accedere ai loro servizi. Purtroppo gia' alle ore 13,45 (l'apertura e' alle ore 14.30) c'erano piu' di trenta persone all'esterno in attesa dell'apertura. Peccato che accettassero solo 10 persone, per le altre sono state invitate a "riprovare" sperando di essere piu' fortunati. INCONCEPIBILE!!!!! Non vengono fissati appuntamenti per cui o vai quattro ore prima oppure spera che un giorno ci siano solo 9 persone. VI sembra possibile??? soluzione: revocare la tessera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun cartello che faccia intendere quale sia l'entrata per gli appuntamenti e quale per la segreteria, la dipendente che mi ha seguito assolutamente scortese. Prima mi dicono che per un'attestazione Isee ci vuole una settimana, mentre chiamando una settimana dopo mi dicono che ci vogliono almeno 15 giorni. Stiamo scherzando? Mai vista una cosa simile. Da evitare come la peste.
No sign indicating which entrance is for appointments and which one for the secretariat, the employee who followed me absolutely rude. First they tell me that for an Isee certification it takes a week, while calling a week later they tell me that it takes at least 15 days. Are we kidding? Never seen such a thing. To be avoided like the plague.
