★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is really good, not full English but all top quality, try the juice. Didn't have any other meals. Very nice health centre in the basement, very clean and all the equipment works flawlessly. Pool is small but lovely and warm. Staff are excellent. Room was average size, clean and very well equipped. WiFi works well. TV small with only one English news channel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Had a room on the second from top floor which had two balconies and a king sized bed. Giant room, too. The pool with the glass floor doesn't reveal as much ruins as I was hoping, but the cave like room and details beneath the pool are still very cool. Service was amazing including the valet. You're perched at the very top of the city and pampered - what more could you want?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night. I so wish we could have stayed longer. It was beautiful. It was clean, the room was big. The bathroom was great. They put slippers out for us at the end of the day. There were these awesome fluffy bathrobes and a Jacuzzi tub in the room. The hotel staff was great. The drinks from the bar were perfect. What a view when you walk out the front door of the hotel I would highly recommend this hotel. The pool is incredible. Glass bottom to see the ruins. Awesome place. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful. The beds were comfy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful experience. Just loved visiting Perugia and this beautiful hotel. Very helpful, charmingly friendly staff and service. Incredible, historical architecture, amazing underground pool with the glass bottom revealing ancient ruins. Lovely marble spa bathroom too. Sumptuous dinner in a magnificent dining room made even more wonderful by serving my all time favourite dish, truffle pasta. Stunning location, such a beautiful town, views, so sorrycto have missed the weekly market. These photos popped up as a FB memory, and I'd return here any day!! And be as soon as I can and make sure to catch the market too. Highly recommended, 5 plus stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bar/cafe/restaurant had tables outside with an amazing view, and we really wanted something fresh to drink and comfort.
The drinks were fantastic and with fresh ingredients, all made at the place. The service were top notch, and the prices were actually very fair, compared to how exclusive and fancy the place looked and felt.
