Per una festa di compleanno, anche se il servizio e le pietanze sono state soddisfacenti, SCONSIGLIO vivamente di avere a che fare minimamente con la cosiddetta titolare che si è dimostrata di un'arroganza e una falsità unica nel suo genere. Non ha fornito uno straccio di menu o di preventivo minimamente abbozzato ma solo una descrizione e un costo verbalmente concludendo che se non mi andava bene così potevo anche andarmene via (purtroppo non avevo il tempo di trovare un altro locale nella zona, e ho dovuto a malincuore accettare)
Dopo il pagamento ha addotto di aver servito drink in più a quelli "verbalmente" concordati (falso perché sono stati contati personalmente durante il servizio) e se fosse stato vero sono sicuro che ne avrebbe richiesto il pagamento fino all'ultimo centesimo visto che si è fatta pagare anche 4€ di consumazione extra al tavolo esterno alla sala del compleanno.
Ha voluto 50€ in più dal prezzo concordato di cui non aveva fatto menzione prima per poter protrarre la festa dopo la mezzanotte (ma allo stesso tempo ha tenuto il bar aperto per altri clienti dopo la mezzanotte).
Se gestisce così il SIMPLYNO non voglio neanche immaginare quello che combina con il SIMPLY di Castelfranco.
Vi auguro di non avere mai a che fare con una persona del genere......
I wanted to do my review for Simplyno di Sant'Anna owned and managed by the same owner of Simply di Castelfranco Emilia
For a birthday party, even if the service and the dishes were satisfactory, I strongly NOT RECOMMEND having anything to do with the so-called owner who proved to be arrogant and a one-of-a-kind falsehood. He did not provide a shred of menu or quote in the slightest but only a description and a cost verbally concluding that if I was not happy so I could also leave (unfortunately I did not have time to find another place in the area, and I had to reluctantly accept)
After the payment he alleged that he had served extra drinks to those "verbally" agreed (false because they were personally counted during the service) and if it had been true I am sure that he would have requested payment to the last cent since he was also charged € 4 for an extra drink at the table outside the birthday room.
He wanted € 50 more from the agreed price that he hadn't mentioned before in order to keep the party going after midnight (but at the same time kept the bar open for other patrons after midnight).
If he manages SIMPLYNO like this, I don't even want to imagine what he combines with SIMPLY from Castelfranco.
I wish you never to have anything to do with such a person ...
