Una semplice telefonata di una paziente al suo medico curante si trasforma in uno sfogo di rabbia e frustrazione del medico ai danni della paziente, parolacce, offese, bestemmie. Nessun rispetto per una paziente, donna, appena operata per un tumore alla mammella, che si rivolge al suo medico per delle richieste di cui una per fare prove allergiche vista una brutta reazione ad un farmaco, e sentirsi dire: io non gliele faccio, vada a farsele fare al pronto soccorso o in ospedale, visto che gli hanno fatto reazione ora che lo sa prenda qualcos'altro. Nessun interesse per la salute delle persone.
