Ho atteso dalle 15.30 alle 19.40 davanti al "negozio" con la promessa che in un'oretta circa avrebbe recuperato le gomme che non aveva. Scaricate le gomme alle 18.30 circa mi teneva in attesa con la macchina sul cric idraulico, mentre lavorava su altre macchine, aumentando cosi il tempo di attesa fino alle 19.40. A lavoro ultimato pretendeva il pagamento senza scontrino. Fattogli notare gli eccessivi tempi di attesa e il pagamento in nero, ha cominciato ad insultarmi davanti ad altri clienti che erano in attesa con le macchine in doppia fila.
Spero in controlli maggiori da parte delle autorità...

 Rude and dishonest.
I waited from 15.30 to 19.40 in front of the "shop" with the promise that in about an hour he would recover the tires he did not have. Unloading the tires at about 6.30 pm he kept me waiting with the car on the hydraulic jack, while he worked on other machines, thus increasing the waiting time until 7.40 pm. When the work was completed, he demanded payment without a receipt. Pointing out to him the excessive waiting times and the black payment, he began to insult me in front of other customers who were waiting with the machines in double row.
I hope for more controls by the authorities ...
Not recommended.

Gommista of unjustified ignorance and arrogance. Maybe he thinks he can treat people however he wants because it's open on Saturdays, I left after being insulted for asking who I could talk to. Failed before you have even done the job!
