G	Gianni Truant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono mesi che aspetto mi venga sistemata la porta d'ingresso blindata, per spifferi laterali di 2-3 mmm (non va più completamente in battuta). dopo quasi 2 anni dall'installazione è stata sostituita la scocca perchè si è completamente arrugginita all'interno, ma ancora sto aspettando di vedere un lavoro finito. Inaffidabili !! For months I have been waiting for the armored front door to be fixed, due to lateral drafts of 2-3 mm (it no longer goes completely to the stop). after almost 2 years from the installation the body has been replaced because it is completely rusted inside, but I am still waiting to see a finished work. Abbiamo acquistato da loro i serramenti per la nostra abitazione (compresi da capitolato del costruttore) e le zanzariere per tutte le finestre dello stesso (prodotto fuori capitolato). Abbiamo dovuto pagare anticipatamente tutti i prodotti acquistati, la cui installazione sarebbe dovuta avvenire entro pochi giorni, tuttavia la messa in opera è avvenuta solo 2 mesi dopo. Il prodotto installato è risultato di qualità pessima, poco robusto e mal fatto. Per non parlare dell'installazione da parte del tecnico della ditta Simeonato, che è risultata ancora più scadente, grossolana e imprecisa (dopo 2/3 utilizzi le zanzariere faticavano a scorrere, le corsie si staccavano dal muro, le reti delle zanzariere necessitavano di essere rimesse dentro al telaio perchè fuoriuscivano, la corsia della zanzariera a scorrimento laterale ballava e non ne permetteva un normale utilizzo). Constatato ciò, abbiamo reso immediatamente il prodotto per questi motivi, la ditta è venuta e ritirare il materiale, tuttavia non ha mai emesso la rispettiva nota di credito e rimborso del prodotto acquistato. Abbiamo sollecitato numerose volte la ditta Simeonato, tramite 3 raccomandate (PEC), decine di chiamate telefoniche ed mail tradizionali, tuttavia la ditta non ha mai risposto a nessuna di queste. Oggi, a distanza di 8 mesi dall'installazione e dal reso della merce, ci troviamo ad aver sostenuto la spesa di un prodotto e non essere in possesso dello stesso. Ditta assolutamente vergognosa che non ha la minima cura e rispetto verso i propri clienti. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! Shameful and absolutely unprofessional company. The product installed was of poor quality, not very robust and badly made. Not to mention the installation by the technician of the Simeonato company, which turned out to be even poorer, coarser and inaccurate (after 2/3 uses the mosquito nets were struggling to flow, the lanes detached from the wall, the nets of the mosquito nets needed to be put back into the frame because they came out, the lane of the side-scrolling mosquito net danced and did not allow normal use). Having ascertained this, we immediately returned the product for these reasons, the company came and collected the material, but never issued the credit note and refund of the product purchased. We have repeatedly asked the company Simeonato, through 3 registered letters (PEC), dozens of traditional telephone calls and e-mails, however the company has never responded to any of these. Today, 8 months after the installation and return of the goods, we find ourselves having to bear the expense of a product and not be in possession of it. In particolare gli scuri esterni: passa un sacco di luce, non sono provvisti di maniglie e/o pomelli interni per tirare a se le ante quando si chiude ed alcuni hanno difficoltà a chiudersi perché non allineati (o forse storti). I've lived in houses with better fixtures. In particular the external shutters: a lot of light passes through, they do not have internal handles and / or knobs to pull the doors to themselves when closing and some have difficulty closing because they are not aligned (or perhaps crooked).

Quando sono arrivati i serramenti (di capitolato) erano senza pellicola protettiva e già vistosamente rovinati così dopo nostro sollecito sono stati sistemati in modo approssimativo con del silicone che dopo una pulita era già venuto via. Per quanto riguarda le porte interne scorrevoli, dopo solo un anno si sono rotti alcuni fermaporta e altri si stanno per rompere. Quando richiedi assistenza ti viene risposto che non sei capace di usare porte, finestre e quant'altro. Che dire: non affidatevi a loro perché rischiereste di rimanere delusi. As for the internal sliding doors, after only a year some doorstops have broken and others are about to break. When you ask for assistance, you are told that you are unable to use doors, windows and so on. What to say: do not rely on them because you risk being disappointed.
