R	Raffaele Cerrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo deludente...l'attesa per averli è stata lunga...gli infissi come materiale sembra buono,ma mi sono capite delle guarnizioni piegate all'interno del telaio e quando tira vento fanno un fischio.Comunque sto come un pazzo.......Dopo un mese finalmente mi hanno cambiato la guarnizione,adesso sembra che vanno bene!!! Modifico come sopra il mio giudizio complessivo, poiche', da quanto riferitomi, la sostituzione non viene riconosciuta nella garanzia (non comprensibile perche', se si e' spezzata l'asta di apertura dell'infisso, nel normale uso quotidiano, certo non si e' trattato di cattivo utilizzo ma di difetto di fabbrica del pezzo in questione). in addition to my previous one, last week, the area assistance has intervened and is providing for the repair. I change my overall opinion as above, since, from what I have been told, the replacement is not recognized in the warranty (not understandable because, if the opening rod of the frame is broken, in normal daily use, certainly it will not it is treated of bad use but of factory defect of the piece in question).
f	francesco lucretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso subito che la valutazione riguarda il servizio di assistenza e non gli infissi che, sinora (acquistati fine 2015), sono risultati di buona qualita'. Da circa un mese ho rischiesto, tramite l'agente di zona, un intervento di assistenza per la sostituzione di una parte meccanica dell'infisso (stranamente la leva di apertura della parte "fissa" della finistra si e' spezzata). Il montatore a cui sono stato indirizzato non e' di fatto interessato e non ha ritenuto sinora neanche di poter venire a fare un sopralluogo per verificare di quale problemi si tratti (di fatto e' stato interessato dall'agente, cosi' mi ha detto, quasi in termini di cortesia personale...). Sono in attesa di riscontro dall'agente di zona (Roma/Monteverde) e, all'esito finale della vicenda, potro' rivedere la valutazione (auspicabilmente in meglio)...si spera...ovviamente, in caso contrario, mai piu' infissi di una ditta che non abbia una rete di assistenza valida...resto in attesa... I immediately specify that the evaluation concerns the assistance service and not the fixtures which, up to now (purchased at the end of 2015), have been found to be of good quality. For about a month I have requested, through the area agent, an assistance intervention for the replacement of a mechanical part of the frame (strangely, the opening lever of the "fixed" part of the window has broken). The fitter to whom I was addressed is not in fact interested and has not even thought to be able to come and make an inspection to verify what the problem is (in fact he was interested by the agent, so he told me, almost in terms of personal courtesy ...). I am waiting for a reply from the local agent (Rome / Monteverde) and, at the final outcome of the story, I will be able to review the evaluation (hopefully for the better) ... hopefully ... obviously, otherwise, never again. 'fixtures of a company that does not have a valid assistance network ... I am waiting ...
