Non lo avesse mai fatto, il tecnico mi ride in faccia perché senza ascoltarmi pensava volessi assistenza gratuita ( ridicolo anche solo da pensare ) e senza ascoltare le mie esigenze o senza minimamente ascoltare il problema che avevo, mi dice che devo portagli il computer Ovviamente ho declinato, vedendo come trattano il cliente non mi sarei scomodato per portare il PC, per poi sentirmi dire che sarebbe stato pronto in 3-4 giorni Inutile dire che ho contattato qualcun'altro sempre in zona CHE MI HA ASCOLTATO e mi ha sistemato tutto da remoto ( pagato più che volentieri lo stesso giorno ) Bad 17/04/20 experience and I must say that given the reviews I am very amazed I think I have never been treated this way while looking for assistance I call for a problem with my PC, I had a malware that created problems with Kaspersky and with the system recovery, I wanted to know if they could help me, even remotely, and the timing (I needed it for work and unfortunately I had a bit of hurry, and anxiety) I am answered by a lady who politely passes me the technician. Ora, io non metto in dubbio le parole della persona con cui ho parlato, sono anch’io consapevole del fatto che il mio pc sia vecchio, però c’è modo e modo di dire le cose e trattare i clienti. Mi sono sentito denigrato e offeso, come se avessi chiesto se potevano ripararmi il Commodore-64. Evitate di andarci, ho perso 10 minuti della mia giornata che avrei potuto impiegare in attività più producenti. Per fortuna avevi scritto che le critiche aiutano a crescere e migliorare. Ovviamente mai detto di andare dal barbiere a insegnare, hai frainteso (visto che non mi lasciavi neanche finire di parlare); ho solo detto, dato che mi stavi trattando come un alieno che era venuto a chiedere chissà cosa, che sono venuto in un negozio di informatica apposta, altrimenti sarei andato da un barbiere. Le tue risposte confermano quanto detto sopra... e poi sarei io il cafone. In bocca al lupo per un futuro all’insegna di nuovi clienti.. se li tratti tutti così. ... Ottima scelta I found in Silvio and his staff competent people, able to advise the customer on the solutions to be taken with their PC and even with my dated iMac. Good choice
