★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In quest azienda ho sostenuto un colloquio lavorativo con una persona che ritengo essere priva del minimo senso logico e argomentativo; ho presentato il mio corso di tornitore, pagato autonomamente la bellezza di 1200 euro (da disoccupato inoltre), ho specificato che ero da formare ma che una base la ho. Mi viene risposto "È pieno di ingegneri che fanno cadere i ponti". Innanzitutto io non sono un ingegnere ( se lo ero non cercavo di certo lavoro da voi, pertanto il paragone non ha già alcun senso), in secondo luogo, sbagliamo tutti (anche questa persona che si crede probabilmente perfetta e infallibile), perché stando al discorso, si dovrebbe fare a meno lavorare perché si può sbagliare (il che è pura paranoia). Dovrebbe infine essere pieno di ponti che cadono (e di conseguenza di morti) ma intanto a parte il Morandi, mi risulta che di ponti non ne sono caduti altri. Ponte comunque caduto per negligenza di manutenzione, non per errore di progettazione, altrimenti sarebbe caduto subito. Col senno di poi, sono contento di non essere stato preso qui, e aver trovato un azienda disposta a formarmi e a tenermi.
Se sei un tornitore/fresatore, ti sconsiglio vivamente quest azienda.
 In this company I had a job interview with a person who I believe to be devoid of the slightest logical and argumentative sense; I presented my course as a turner, paid independently the beauty of 1200 euros (also unemployed), I specified that I was to be trained but that I have a base. I'm told "It's full of engineers who knock down bridges." First of all, I'm not an engineer (if I was, I certainly wasn't looking for a job from you, so the comparison doesn't already make any sense), secondly, we're all wrong (even this person who probably believes himself to be perfect and infallible), because according to speech, you should do without work because you can make mistakes (which is pure paranoia). Finally, it should be full of falling bridges (and consequently deaths) but in the meantime, apart from Morandi, I understand that no other bridges have fallen. However, the bridge fell due to negligence of maintenance, not by design error, otherwise it would have fallen immediately. In hindsight, I'm glad I wasn't hired here, and found a company willing to train and keep me.
If you are a turner / miller, I strongly advise against this company.
