★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancanza di rispetto dell'orario di consegna e scortesia della receptionist che più volte ha provato a negarlo. 2 ore di attesa oltre l'orario concordato con l'aggravante della presa in giro perché al mio arrivo mi è stato detto che la macchina era quasi pronta, per poi alla fine giustificarsi del ritardo dicendo che era stata appena iniziata... Macchina in officina dalle 8:30 alle 18:30 con appuntamento e accordi presi in largo anticipo. Spero che almeno il mezzo migliaio di euro che mi hanno preso, senza un centesimo di sconto per il disservizio, mi assicuri la sicurezza del mezzo dopo che ci hanno messo mano.
Lack of respect for the delivery time and rudeness of the receptionist who repeatedly tried to deny it. 2 hours of waiting beyond the agreed time with the aggravating circumstance of the teasing because upon my arrival I was told that the car was almost ready, and then in the end justifying the delay by saying that it had just been started ... workshop from 8:30 to 18:30 with appointment and arrangements made well in advance. I hope that at least the half thousand euros that they took from me, without a cent discount for the disservice, will ensure the safety of the vehicle after they have put a hand on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questa officina perche il nostro camper ha avuto un problema che non ci consentiva di proseguire il viaggio.
Abbiamo trovato gentilezza e cortesia. Si sono prodigati in tutto per risolvere il problema. Compreso anche il passaggio fino all hotel.
Magari ce ne fossero di piu officine cosi.

We contacted this workshop because our camper had a problem that did not allow us to continue the journey.
We found kindness and courtesy. They went out of their way to solve the problem. Also included is the passage to the hotel.
Maybe there were more workshops like that.
