The best butcher shop, deli and delicatessen in Bressanone in my opinion. I always stock up on local products to take home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn wir in Brixen sind, dann parken wir eigentlich immer auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz Acquarena (Schwimmbad) / Altstadt Brixen
Von da aus gehen wir dann die Altenmarktgasse in Richtung Zentrum.
Schon nach 300 Metern kommt dann gleich auf der linken Seite die Metzgerei und Feinkost Siebenförcher. Früher von außen noch nicht ganz so ansprechend, aber jetzt wird mein Blick magisch angezogen und wir müssen einfach jedes Mal hineingehen. Ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Schinken müssen es immer sofort sein und natürlich einiges für Daheim.
Die Bedienungen sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Und auch wenn die Schlange länger wird, wird jeder Kunde geduldig bedient und beraten.
Wurst, Schinken, Fleisch - alles klasse.
Schade finde ich nur, dass sie das "rosa LED-Meat-Licht" haben, denn bei der guten Qualität braucht es das wirklich nicht.
Sehr gut finde ich, dass die Damen hinter der Theke nicht kassieren, dafür gibt es eine zentrale Stelle. Die Dame an der Kasse kommt nicht mit den Waren in Berührung.
When we are in Bressanone, we park in the public car park Acquarena (swimming pool) / Old Town Bressanone
From there we go the Altenmarktgasse towards the center.
After 300 meters you will see the butcher's and delicatessen Siebenförcher on your left. Not quite as appealing from the outside, but now my eyes are magically put on and we just have to go in each time. A few slices of sausage and ham must always be there immediately and of course a lot for home.
The waitresses are all very nice and friendly. And even if the queue gets longer, every customer is patiently served and advised.
Sausage, ham, meat - all great.
I just think it's a pity that they have the "pink LED Meat light", because with the good quality it really does not need that.
Very good, I think that the ladies do not cash behind the counter, but there is a central point. The lady at the cash register does not come in contact with the goods.
