Ho chiamato per conoscere i costi fissi e il costo del metano in risposta mi hanno detto che non potevano stare al telefono e che non funzionava il terminale. Insomma non efficenti, per non dire altro. Rude and not very diligent. I called to find out the fixed costs and the cost of methane in response they told me that they could not stay on the phone and that the terminal was not working. In short, not efficient, to say the least.

Se chiudete il contratto con un credito (deposito cauzionale) "per prassi" non vi verrà mai rimborsato! Quindi....se avete intenzione di cambiare...vi suggerisco di non pagare l'ultima/e bollette...così almeno compensate! If you want to change sidigas with another supplier (Great idea !!!) don't count on the seriousness of this company ... non-existent! If you close the contract with a credit (security deposit) "by practice" you will never be reimbursed! So ... if you are going to change ... I suggest you don't pay your last bills ... so at least make up for it!
B	Benedetto Manzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco seria, dovevo ottenere un rimborso di 140,00 euro nel 2018 ad oggi dopo due anni non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso anche dopo vari reclami di persona presso la loro sede. State alla larga da questo gestore, noi siamo costretti a pagare e in caso di ritardi con gli interessi ma se loro ci devono dei soldi non ti danno nulla e in Italia nessuno ci tutela. Company not serious, I had to get a refund of 140.00 euros in 2018 to date after two years I have not received any refund even after various complaints in person at their headquarters. Stay away from this manager, we are forced to pay and in case of delays with interest, but if they owe us money they don't give you anything and in Italy nobody protects us.

Una bolletta cartacea mai arrivata e visualizzata tramite sito, chiamo per chiedere la rateizzazione , mi danno un indirizzo mail al quale scrivere ed al quale nessuno ha mai risposto. Richiamo il servizio clienti spiegando la cosa e oltre a rispondermi come se mi stessero facendo un favore mi dicono che loro non sanno nulla e riattaccano. Morale della favola devo recarmi fisicamente in un ufficio a sbrigare qualcosa che avrei potuto fare da casa, solo perché sono una banda di imbecilli che rubano soldi ed ossigeno. Menomale che al più presto cambiano dicitura anche sulla bolletta e ci sarà scritto solo Iren perché nemmeno più scritti sulla mia bolletta vi voglio vedere.Peccato che il minimo di recensioni è una stella altrimenti avrei dato meno di zero quanto valete voi !
