★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso che non ho fatto acquisti in questo luogo ( come sottolinea il proprietario) ma mi sono recata lì attratta da una pubblicità di una porta che ha riscosso il mio interesse. Il problema è che quando ho chiesto informazioni in merito all'articolo a me interessato mi è stato fatto un preventivo che è risultato essere il doppio di quello che pubblicizzavano, anche se più volte ho chiesto se la porta era quella di riferimento all'articolo pubblicato. Non metto in discussione la qualità dei prodotti ma, per quanto mi riguarda, ho perso un pomeriggio inutilmente.
I specify that I have not made purchases in this place (as the owner points out) but I went there attracted by an advertisement for a door that has attracted my interest. The problem is that when I asked for information about the article I was interested in, I got a quote that turned out to be twice what they advertised, even though I asked several times if the door was the one referring to the article published . I do not question the quality of the products but, as far as I am concerned, I lost an afternoon unnecessarily.

Capisco ci possa essere carenza di materiali ma almeno una telefonata al cliente si poteva fare (ho sempre telefonato io per avere informazioni e la risposta è sempre stata "la faccio ricontattare dal mio collega"...
Sottolineo che a parte il comportamento, gli infissi ed i materiali sono di buonissima qualità e L'ARTIGIANO che li ha montato è stato molto professionale o competente.
Ci rivolgeremo alla concorrenza per la sostituzione degli altri infissi.

I emphasize that apart from the behavior, the fixtures and the materials are of very good quality and THE ARTISAN who assembled them was very professional or competent.
