L'agente addetto alla gestione della coda all'infuori degli uffici, molto scortese e maleducato anche nei confronti delle persone anziane che chiedevano informazioni. La persona in questione di cui non so il nome, avrà all'incirca 50 anni, magro e con i capelli corti grigi. Veramente non ho parole. Il ragazzo giovane che invece gestiva la coda e distribuiva i numeri per gli sportelli all'interno, sempre di Sicuritalia, molto cordiale e gentile. Problemi con le auto, problemi sui cedolini paga, problemi con l'abbigliamento... Formazione e aggiornamento inesistente, Insomma un disastro !!! Io non affiderei mai la sicurezza della mia attività a questi incompetenti a Brescia/Bergamo Brescia / Bergamo site: Non-existent company, incapable coordinators, poor management of services and customer relations. Mi hanno fatto perdere l'aereo per Barcellona non sapendo gestire e controllare gli accessi. Ho volato tantissime volte da Orio al Serio, è la prima volta che mi son trovato davanti un controllo così improvvisato, rispetto al vecchio sistema di vigilanza (Fidelitas) non c'è paragone. Veramente credo che se non ci sono le basi nel lavoro non dovrebbero gestire situazioni cosi. Improvvisazione a discapito del minimo servizio.
