Ho telefonato per avere delucidazioni,non ha risposto MAI nessuno.Incerti i punti di raccolta .Ho tentato di viaggiare tra Cava de Tirreni/ Napoli,il pullman è arrivato con 7 minuti di anticipo ?. Figuriamoci se avessi avuto un impegno di lavoro! Pessima esperienza

Da vergognarsi, 1ora ad aspettare la corsa Amalfi -Salerno, ma non si vede nessuno. Mi auguro che la società fallisca e che tutti i dipendenti vadano a casa a patire la fame. VERGOGNOSI

Complimenti agli autisti che guidano per le strette e trafficate strade della costiera amalfitana, ma pessima organizzazione del trasporto con bus. Oggi a Maiori ho atteso 2h30 il bus che partiva da Amalfi direzione Salerno, perché hanno cancellato una corsa (quella delle 14:15) e quella che doveva partire alle 15 è partita mezz'ora dopo. Il traffico non era quello caotico della domenica, quindi si tratta di un disservizio. Già è scarsa una corsa ogni ora, serve più rispetto per l'utente.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. TAKE A FERRY OR A TAXI OR WALK OR EVEN CRAWL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bus is suppose to run every 30 mins. I've been waiting for almost an hour and no buses have arrived and there are so many people waiting that half of us won't fit in the bus. EDIT: Bus showed up. Half of us got in. Half of that had to stand for an hour.

We took the bus early in the morning, at 6:30 from Sorrento to Amalfi, there were no issues. Just know that you have to buy the tickets in advance and preferably from the place you are departing from. For example, if you want to take the bus at Castellamare, you have to buy the ticket there : it all depends on the line you want to ride on (we took the Sorrento-Positano-Amalfi line). At the end of the afternoon though, we waited for the bus back to Sorrento at Positano at around 18:30 and from then on, there were only issues. First bus that came was late and full. Second one (indicated in the orari sheet) did not came, third one was also full, fourth one also never same, fifth one didn't even indicate that it was full (it was not) and just ran without stopping. In the end 2 hours passed thus we gathered as 4 people to take a Taxi back to Sorrento which cost us 70 euros in total. Do not take a ticket for the day, it's not worth it. Willing to take the sita sud bus is like a gamble.

It's impressive how the drivers get to drive around the Amalfi Coast??

Unorganized bus line running between cities on the Amalfi coast. The bus line is OK, considering that the amalfi roads are hard to drive on, and that there is a lot of trafic. But still, there are a lot of things wrong with this bus organization. Out of all the busses I took, only one arrived on time, and still had seating places. There is no space on the Bus, since all the staff members try to cram up to 80 people in one bus. The duration of the bus from point a to point b is underestimated, and the bus takes up to 20 minutes longer to arrive there, which is partially because of the stau. The bus tinetable is very confusing, since the busses don't arrive at regular intervals, instead arrive completely out of pattern, which makes it impossible to predict the next bus. Also the bus sometimes runs only on weekdays or on no school doys, or on public holidays, which is too hard to memorize. There are very few busses, which arrive at intervals of 1-3 hours which is outrageously long for such a popular tourist destination. I have seen a way better bus service on the island of Sifnos in Greece, where the busses came every hour at a fixed time, and actually arrived on time. A bus route serving about 60 passengers every day would have more busses running the route, than the Amalfi-Positano-Sorrento stretch. Tickets are priced reasonably for tourists but become expensive for the locals, since for the same price, you could buy a bus ticket in a capital city. Most of the staff are kind and agnowledgable, but some are rude and just ignorant. One bus driver wouldn't display the destination until the time of departure, which caused a lot of confusion, and made the bus overcrowded, and full of passengers going to the wrong destination. You don't really have any other form of transportation except the car, which means that you would have to pay the expensive 11 euro per hour parking in Amalfi, to ensure that it doesn't get stolen,or broken into, which, by the way the area is infamous for. There is also a lack of parking spaces in most of the cities (especially Positano,Amalfi, and Sorrento) which makes it even harder to park and takes a lot of time. You have got to take this bus to get around but generally try to avoid it. Not Reccomended!
