05/07/2021 effettuato sopralluogo per determinare il da farsi,
mi si dice che riceverò il preventivo in 1 o 2 giorni e che la settimana successiva si potranno fare i lavori, sono contento;
23/07/2021 non avendo ancora nè il preventivo nè il lavoro, telefono, mi si dice che non risulta niente a mio nome;
26/07/2021 mi viene detto che non è stato fatto niente, quindi bisogna fare ex-novo;
in settimana mi viene inviato un messaggio in cui mi si propongono le date del 3 e 4 di agosto per il lavoro, chiamo 1 ora più tardi, mi si dice che le date sono già occupate, si può il 4, ma dalle 11.00 e con il 5/08, accetto;
04/08/2021 mi viene telefonato che causa tubo del gas bucato in un altro lavoro (?) ci sarà un ritardo, sempre se possibile;
04/08/2021 di sera dopo nessuna notizia, mi si dice che non è stato possibile, quindi si potrebbe il 05/08/2021, ma non terminando il lavoro il cantiere rimarrebbe aperto fin dopo le ferie, rifiuto categoricamente, chiedo perché non si può finire il 06/08/2021, mi vien detto che sono già occupati, mi chiedo se dopo tutti gli inconvenienti non sarei io il primo ad essere soddisfatto, niente, allora mi vengono proposti il 23 e 24/08, accetto;
06/08/2021 mi viene inviato un messaggio per dirmi niente 23 e 24, ma il 30/08/2021, non mi va bene, telefono a tutti i numeri una decina di volte quel giorno, nessuno risponde, nè richiama:
30/08/2021 senza nessuna conferma nè preavviso, si presentano per i lavori, io ovviamente non ci sono;
non sono disponibile per 2 settimane, telefono, mi si attacca dicendo che è colpa mia.
Sono passato ad un miglior offerente.

I tell the facts:

04/08/2021 I am phoned that due to a broken gas pipe in another job (?) There will be a delay, always if possible;
04/08/2021 in the evening after no news, I am told that it was not possible, so it could be 05/08/2021, but if the work is not finished, the construction site would remain open until after the holidays, I categorically refuse, I ask why not you can finish on 06/08/2021, I am told that they are already busy, I wonder if after all the inconveniences I would not be the first to be satisfied, nothing, then they are proposed to me on 23 and 24/08, I accept;
06/08/2021 I am sent a message to tell me anything 23 and 24, but on 30/08/2021, I'm not happy, I call all numbers about ten times that day, no one answers, nor calls back:
08/30/2021 without any confirmation or notice, they show up for the work, obviously I'm not there;
I'm not available for 2 weeks, phone, he attacks me saying it's my fault.
I switched to a highest bidder.
