★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato un ordine online di 20 mascherine ffp2 e ne ho ricevute soltanto 10, delle quali 5 di colore diverso rispetto a quanto ordinato. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema inviando un’email. Dopo qualche giorno, non avendo ricevuto un riscontro, ho tentato di contattare l’azienda telefonicamente e con messaggio WhatsApp; in entrambi i casi non ha risposto nessuno. Insistendo ho finalmente ricevuto un riscontro via WhatsApp, nel quale l’azienda mi garantiva la spedizione delle mascherine mancanti ma, ad oggi, l’ordine non è stato ancora integrato. Ho quindi inviato un nuovo messaggio ma, nuovamente, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. È veramente un comportamento scorretto ignorare le problematiche poste da un cliente. Non effettuerò il reso perché temo di non esser rimborsato. Assegno due stelle soltanto perché le mascherine sembrano di buona qualità.
I placed an online order for 20 ffp2 masks and received only 10, of which 5 in a different color than what was ordered. I immediately reported the problem by sending an email. After a few days, not having received a reply, I tried to contact the company by phone and with a WhatsApp message; in both cases no one answered. By insisting, I finally received a reply via WhatsApp, in which the company guaranteed me the shipment of the missing masks but, to date, the order has not yet been integrated. I then sent a new message but, again, I have not received any reply. It is really bad behavior to ignore the issues posed by a customer. I will not return because I am afraid I will not be refunded. I only give two stars because the masks look good quality.
