But when I came to the office they said that they could not arrange the rental because "you have to resend us the email with booking confirmation". "I can see your reservation entry but I ultimately need the email, if you want to rent from us go find free WiFi and send the email". even though I found this requirement very weird and I knew that the rating of this company is very low, I went searching for WiFi but found another car rental company nearby.
C	Catalin N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offered me a car for 65 EUR, but I told them that I can book from Economy Car Rentals for only 50 EUR with full insurance. The lady from the desk told me to go ahead on the internet site and I did it. After I payed the amount on Car Rentals site using my Mastercard card, the lady from the desk told me that she cannot accept the guarantee because it is a debit card. I presented her another Mastercard Gold and a Revolut card, each of them with enough money on it. She did not accepted them. She offered me another option:to rent a car using any of these cards directly from their office, paying additional money but with a deposit of only 300 EUR instead of 1000 EUR as on your site. I consider that this is NOT CORRECT for me and for other customers (that they do not accept the debit cards from internet brokers sites, but they accept the same debit cards in their office). I offered them the possibility to make a bank transfer, a cash deposit, but it was not an accepted option if I wanted the car using the internet broked. In the past I booked cars using debit cards with enough money for guarantee from Milano and Bruxelles without any problem, but in Giardini Naxos they do not accept any option from internet brokers out of credit cards. My opinion is to be avoided if possible as they do not care at all about their customers !
I	Ivan Ivanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. I ordered the cabrio via website but they provided me "regular" car, not a cabrio. They did a refund for the price difference, but I was not quite happy. Book via the website or mobile app - office prices are as high as at all nearby car rentals, website/app prices are about 1.5-2 or even 3 times less expensive. 2. In 2017 I took a car with them with insurance and got a scratch while driving the narrow street. Haven't got any problem with this, got my deposit back in full. They have 3 different insurance option, not all of them are recommended (if you take all 3, it will be too expensive). As to me, "road assistance plus" + the one that covers wheels are unneccesarry, despite of their aggressive marketing - they tried to force me to add at least one of them)) I took just one of them, that covers car body scratches and other damages, do not remember the name. 3. They have an electric car (not available on the website) - pretty cheap itself and comfortable + you pay nothing for the fuel (electric charges are free). There not many of them in Sicily (tip - ask them for local electric company app, you can see the stations location + their status at the moment). The station in Sicily Outlet Village is not compatible with the car, so we had to visit Catania to recharge. But we took it as an additional travel stop, and went to a very good local pizzeria nearby )) 4. Also, they have e-bikes for 15 EUR per day (not available on the website). Really a great and healthy option

The price for the rent was perfectly fair, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy that the standard insurance covered all damages and theft without any excess. That was very important for us. All in all we were very satisfied.
