★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento mancato! Circa un mese fa ricevo da #Italgasreti una lettera che mi invita a restare a casa il 19/03/2018 per consentirgli di sostituire il contatore del gas. Incaricata dell'operazione la ditta #SICILSALDOSPA. Si richiede di aspettarli dalle 08:00 alle 13:00! La sostituzione è obbligatoria!! Nel palazzo un'altra famiglia ha ricevuto la stessa lettera. Non solo non si è presentato nessuno, ma NON SI SONO NEMMENO DEGNATI DI AVVERTIRE!!! Complimenti vivissimi. Aspetto (ma credo invano) una lettera di scuse.
Missed appointment! About a month ago I receive a letter from #Italgasreti inviting me to stay home on 03/19/2018 to allow him to replace the gas meter. #SICILSALDOSPA company in charge of the operation. We ask you to wait for them from 08:00 to 13:00! Replacement is mandatory !! In the palace another family received the same letter. Not only did no one show up, but THEY WERE NOT EVEN FINE TO WARN !!! Congratulations. I await (but I think in vain) a letter of apology.
