Fabulous sourdough bread! The smell of yeast is not perceived as a perfect honeycomb as well as cooking, at least for my taste. On the day after the purchase, the bread is exactly like the day before! Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto questo panificio dopo aver mangiato il loro pane in un ristorante del posto.Sono andata subito a comprare il pane di grani antichi con lievito madre.Lasciatemi dire che è un pane strepitoso sia nel sapore che nell'odore. Per chi come me ama il pane che ti rievoca il ricordo del pane fatto in casa di una volta questo è il posto giusto per comprarlo,per non parlare dei grissini altrettanto favolosi.
I discovered this bakery after eating their bread in a local restaurant, I immediately went to buy the ancient grain bread with sourdough.Let me tell you that it is amazing bread in both taste and smell. For those like me who love bread that reminds you of the homemade bread of the past, this is the right place to buy it, not to mention the equally fabulous breadsticks.
