La scusa con la quale sono stata liquidata era che il sabato pomeriggio non lavorate. Dunque è necessario che voi capiate il disagio creato alla mia famiglia oggi. Ho preso l’appuntamento 10 gg fa, insistendo sul fatto che era molto urgente e specificando che venivo da fuori Roma apposta con tutta la famiglia per fare questa attivazione della linea per internet. Ho richiamato l’ufficio competente Vodaphone per avere conferma dell’appuntamento ieri mattina. Dopo di che stamattina la signora Monica mi ha annullato l’appuntamento.
