★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché nessuna non é possibile. Sono invalida civile al 100% non deambulante, mi muovo, con grande difficoltá, in sedia a rotelle. Oggi mi sono recata al caf (cisl asse del Po) per fare l'Isee ed é stata un'odissea, in primo luogo, la persona incompetente che mi ha dato informazioni, riguardo a quali documenti avrei dovuto portare, per ben due volte ne ha omessi alcuni (sempre gli stessi) costringendomi così ad andare via dal mio appuntamento a mani vuote e a dover tornare una seconda volta, con tutta la fatica che questo mi comporta. Infine l'accessibilitá dei locali non é idonea ad una persona in sedia a rotelle. É stata un'esperienza estremamente negativa e altrettanto inutile, per via soprattutto dell'incompetenza di chi, stipendiato, svolge il proprio lavoro in modo approssimativo. É una vergogna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saremo stati sfortunati noi ma abbiamo avuto un'esperienza negativa è un eufemismo. l'impressione è stata di poca voglia di interagire e accoglienza pessima (già il fatto che non eravamo censiti nel CAF è stato motivo di palese fastidio). Senza avere nemmeno la cura di guardare la documentazione si dava per scontato che questa non fosse completa. Ci sono stati addirittura richiesti gli estratti conti bancari MENSILI della Carta di credito (????)per il pagamento delle rette della scuola primaria, nonostante avessimo il documento di attestazione di pagamento da parte del comune che attesta i pagamenti ai FINI DI DETRAZIONE FISCALE! C'è qualcosa che non quadra, o il documento del comune è totalmente inutile o la richiesta è assolutamente improvvisata come l'intera gestione della "consulenza".
Empatia 0 , ed questo è l'aspetto più triste. Avete perso un "cliente" , un iscritto chiamatelo come volete, e credetemi, sinceramente vi auguro tutta la fortuna di questo mondo, ma non faccio fatica a credere che c'è altra gente che sia andata via come noi.

There is something wrong, or the document of the municipality is totally useless or the request is absolutely improvised like the whole management of the "consultancy".
Empathy 0, and this is the saddest aspect. You have lost a "client", a subscriber, call him what you want, and believe me, I sincerely wish you all the luck in this world, but I don't have a hard time believing that there are other people who have gone away like us.

Gli suggerisco di trovarsi un hobby o darsi alle bocce, veramente sgarbato con tutti, sempre aggressivo e maleducato, con donne e uomini a prescindere, c’è sempre da discutere per ogni cosa, veramente pessimo.
