La disponibilità che il cliente riceve qualora richiede qualcosa è un elemento fondamentale ,un elemento aggiunto che ti rende più sereno perché nel 90%dei casi chi si rivolge in questi centri ha bisogno di assistenza e trovare qualcuno oltre che competente anche disponibile ti agevola sotto tutti i punti di vista. I can say very competent and helpful staff which is the thing that makes the difference today, especially if it is a job in contact with the public. Ho avuto un primo incontro per una consulenza per l'apertura di partita iva, dove mi sono stati spiegati costi e altro. Per la consulenza iniziale ho pagato 50 euro, al momento del pagamento non mi è stata fatta la fattura, ma mi è stata richiesta la mail per l'invio di essa. Dopo circa un mese ho provato più volte a contattare lo studio, via mail e via telefono, senza mai ricevere risposta. Volevo affidarmi allo studio per le pratiche di apertura iva e per la gestione della contabilità. Ma non avendo ricevuto risposta mi sono affidata a qualcun altro. La fattura di 50 eruro non mi è stata ancora inviata. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable with these accountants.
