★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale incompetente ,persona discutibile nei rapporti con i clienti. Sono una persona cosi calma e ogni volta che ho parlato con la signora e' riuscita a farmi incazzare. Dopo due mesi di chiamate x una sistemazione del motore ,finalmente una risposta, " non riparabile,"allora rimaniamo che vado a riprendermelo e dopo un mese, mi sento dire che non può' ridarmelo. E' stata avvertita in anticipo al mio arrivo e non è stata capace di richiamarmi x dirmi la sua indisponibilità a darmelo. Mandate persone da me di fiducia a prendere un motore non voleva ridarmelo. Chiesto al signore che mi ha risposto ,se le devo qualcosa mi ha detto di no. alla fine me lo ha dato e mi sento dire , "le faccio sapere quant'è il disturbo. Ma stiamo scherzando!!!!!!!!!!!!.
incompetent staff, questionable person in customer relations. I'm such a calm person and every time I spoke to the lady she managed to piss me off. After two months of calls x an arrangement of the engine, finally an answer, "not repairable," then we remain that I am going to get it back and after a month, I am told that he cannot give it back to me. She was warned in advance of my arrival and was unable to call me back to tell me her unwillingness to give it to me. Send trusted people to me to get an engine. He didn't want to give it back to me. Asked the gentleman who replied, if I owe you something he said no. in the end she gave it to me and I hear myself say, "I'll let you know how much the trouble is. But we're kidding !!!!!!!!!!!!.
