★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L acquisto in questa azienda è a proprio rischio e pericolo in quanto se sbagliano a darvi le misure ( come è umano che sia, si ma non ci devo rimettere io) tutti i lavori di ripristino sono a carico vostro! La politica aziendale dice che se anche e’ un errore loro te ti arrangi..
molto bene direi.. vi consiglio di rivolgervi altrove, vivamente di rivolgervi altrove..
 The purchase in this company is at your own risk as if they fail to give you the measures (as it is human that it is, yes but I don't have to lose it) all the restoration work is at your expense! The company policy says that even if it is a mistake they will manage ..
very well I would say .. I recommend that you go elsewhere, I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo recati da Colombini un sabato mattina, per l'acquisto di un armadio. Non avendo preso preventivamente appuntamento, siamo stati rimandati indietro fissando un appuntamento al giorno successivo.
La domenica pomeriggio, ci rechiamo nuovamente da Colombini, e la ragazza all'ingresso ci dice che la persona che avevamo prenotato è leggermente in ritardo con altri clienti.
Passata mezz'ora, ci viene riferito, sempre dalla ragazza alla reception, di farci notare davanti all'ufficio dell'arredatore, perché i signori all'interno che stava ricevendo erano senza appuntamento.
Stazioniamo 5 minuti davanti all'ufficio, e dopo un secondo sollecito l'arredatore esce dicendoci che non ha tempo e di aspettare almeno altri 45 minuti.
Visto il nostro rifiuto, si propone di mandarci un preventivo via mail (senza nemmeno sapere le misure ed i modelli che potevano interessarci). Ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato e ce ne siamo andati.
Questa è la professionalità di Colombini, solo perché i signori senza appuntamento dovevano acquistare una cucina, e noi con appuntamento "solo" un armadio, siamo stati snobbati alla grande.
Esperienza negativa in toto.
We went to Colombini's on a Saturday morning to buy a wardrobe. Not having made an appointment in advance, we were sent back and made an appointment the next day.
On Sunday afternoon, we go to Colombini's again, and the girl at the entrance tells us that the person we had booked is slightly late with other customers.
After half an hour, we are told, again by the girl at the reception, to point out in front of the interior designer's office, because the gentlemen inside he was receiving were without an appointment.
We stand for 5 minutes in front of the office, and after a second reminder the interior designer comes out telling us that he has no time and to wait at least another 45 minutes.
Given our refusal, it is proposed to send us a quote by email (without even knowing the measures and models that could interest us). Of course we refused and left.
This is Colombini's professionalism, only because gentlemen without an appointment had to buy a kitchen, and we with an appointment "only" a wardrobe, we were snubbed in a big way.
Negative experience in its entirety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si deve arredare casa sono indispensabili, da parte della persona a cui ti rivolgi, pazienza, competenza e comprensione.
Da Colombini ho avuto la fortuna di trovare tutto nella figura di Andrea Lazzari, che ci ha seguiti nell'arredamento di ogni stanza della casa, seguendo le nostre esigenze e risolvendo tutti i dubbi che avevamo.
Quella che temevo potesse essere un'esperienza difficile e impegnativa, alla fine si è rivelata gratificante e divertente!
Con il passare del tempo potrò giudicare anche la resistenza dei mobili, ma tutto fa ben sperare.... assolutamente consigliato ?
When you have to furnish your home, patience, competence and understanding are indispensable on the part of the person you are addressing.
At Colombini I was lucky enough to find everything in the figure of Andrea Lazzari, who followed us in furnishing every room in the house, following our needs and resolving all the doubts we had.
What I feared might be a difficult and challenging experience turned out to be rewarding and fun in the end!
Over time I will also be able to judge the resistance of the furniture, but everything bodes well .... absolutely recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo una cucina e una parete attrezzata per il soggiorno. Posso dire che siamo trovati molto bene. Prima di tutto per lo stile elegante dei prodotti, la qualità ma anche il prezzo che non è eccessivo. Inoltre abbiamo potuto usufruire di una scontistica del 30% che aiuta molto. Il nostro arredatore è stato gentile e competente: per progettare la cucina (avendo già le misure) sono state necessarie circa 3 ore. Questo comprende anche la scelta dei materiali e i colori, sebbene fossimo arrivati con le idee piuttosto chiare. In questo periodo si riceve solo su appuntamento e come detto per progetti grossi occorrono diverse ore. E' anche possibile organizzare delle call da remoto e recarsi sul posto solo per toccare con mano le finiture e rendersi conto.
La prenotazione online non ci aveva richiamato, abbiamo dovuto telefonare.
We were looking for a kitchen and a wall unit for the living room. I can say that we were very happy. First of all for the elegant style of the products, the quality but also the price which is not excessive. We were also able to take advantage of a 30% discount which helps a lot. Our decorator was kind and competent: it took about 3 hours to design the kitchen (already having the measurements). This also includes the choice of materials and colors, although we came up with pretty clear ideas. In this period we receive only by appointment and as mentioned for large projects it takes several hours. It is also possible to organize calls remotely and go there just to touch the finishes and realize.
The online booking did not call us back, we had to call.
