M	Massi Guerini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato delle stampe il 2 dicembre,dopo 10 giorni l'ordine era ancora in sospeso così ho mandato una mail per avere informazioni.Nessuna risposta.Ho continuato a mandare mail e sms whatsapp ma nessuno si è degnato di rispondere, così ho chiamato telefonicamente e dopo una decina di tentativi andati a vuoto hanno risposto assicurando che sarebbero state spedite il giorno dopo.Trascorsa ancora una settimana l'ordine era ancora in sospeso, ho inviato nuovamente mail e sms ma ancora nessuno rispondeva.Dopo vari tentativi mi hanno risposto che sarebbero state spedite ma che forse sarebbero arrivate dopo Natale senza scusarsi o dare spiegazioni ma solo dopo la mia ennesima mail che chiedeva la causa del disservizio hanno risposto che avevano avuto un guasto.Dopo ancora qualche giorno non solo le stampe non erano arrivate ma non erano nemmeno state realizzate.Inutile dire che non sono più arrivate così prima di Natale chiedo il rimborso, ma la situazione non cambia,niente rimborso,niente risposte alle mail fino al 5 gennaio quando scrivo che avrei fatto denuncia.Tempo mezz'ora arriva la disposizione di bonifico.Io mi domando che senso ha mettere sul sito diversi recapiti per poi non rispondere a nulla e ridursi a fare il rimborso solo dopo minaccia di denuncia, per 70 euro poi!Il guasto ci può stare ma non si può prendere in giro i clienti, non rispondendo e costringendoli a "mendicare"i propri soldi.Una stella è troppo, non c'è stato il minimo tentativo di rimediare,di scusarsi in maniera credibile,veramente una delusione unita alla rabbia per la mancanza di educazione almeno nel rispondere. I ordered some prints on December 2nd, after 10 days the order was still pending so I sent an email to get information.No reply.I continued to send mails and sms whatsapp but nobody deigned to answer, so I called by phone and after about ten unsuccessful attempts they replied assuring that they would be sent the next day. After another week the order was still pending, I sent emails and sms again but still no one answered. After several attempts they replied that they would have been sent but that perhaps they would have arrived after Christmas without apologizing or giving explanations but only after my umpteenth email asking the cause of the disservice they replied that they had had a breakdown.After a few more days not only the prints had not arrived but they were not not even realized. Needless to say, they no longer arrived so before Christmas I ask for a refund, but the situation does not change, no refund, nothing replies to the emails until January 5 when I write that I would have made a complaint. In half an hour the transfer order arrives. I wonder what sense does it make to put different contact details on the site and then not respond to anything and reduce to making the refund only after threat of complaint, for 70 euros then! The breakdown can be there but you cannot make fun of customers, not responding and forcing them to "beg" for their money. One star is too much, there has not been the slightest attempt to fix it , to apologize in a credible way, truly a disappointment combined with anger for the lack of education at least in responding.

Non sono riproduzioni!!! Imprecise, mancanti di dettagli., nel mio caso almeno 8. Alle mie rimostranze, non ho avuto il piacere di avere una risposta alla mia telefonata per avere delucidazioni e non sono stata richiamata, per cui ho inoltrato email e messaggi su whatsapp. Mi è stato risposto, via email e poi con un messaggio in modo scortese. Tra l'altro con un "Lei fa illazioni di pessimo gusto" . Da Evitare! O se volete un quadro non corrispondente all'originale fate pure... Picture arrived in the right time and well packed. Dopo aver visionato il loro vasto catalogo ho scelto tre stampe poster che mi sono state spedite a casa a Milano in breve tempo. I poster sono veramente molto belli e di altissima qualità. Il titolare, da me contattato anche telefonicamente per un chiarimento, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La spedizione tramite corriere è stata rapida e accurata. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta e sicuramente tornerò a servirmi ancora presso di loro. I was looking for some reproductions of paintings by the American painter Edward Hopper and on the net I found the site of this laboratory. After viewing their vast catalog, I chose three poster prints which were sent to my home in Milan in a short time. The posters are really beautiful and of the highest quality. The owner, who I also contacted by phone for clarification, was very kind and helpful. Shipping by courier was quick and accurate. I was very satisfied and I will definitely come back to serve myself again with them.

Le stampe erano ben imballate e spedite con TNT che si è mostrato preciso nella data di consegna comunicata. Sono estremamente soddisfatto e consiglio a tutti Shopart. I ordered two prints at two different times that were delivered to me in Florence in a few days. The prints were well packed and shipped with TNT which was shown to be accurate on the delivery date communicated. I am extremely satisfied and recommend Shopart to everyone.

Il pannello è arrivato perfettamente imballato e protetto e devo dire che ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Aggiungo anche la celerità nelle risposte alle mie domande e nel rimborsarmi a posteriori lo sconto di benvenuto a cui avevo diritto come “primo acquisto” ma di cui non mi ero accorto nel momento in cui ho finalizzato l’acquisto stesso. Ringrazio il titolare Alberto Cilia (che avevo contattato telefonicamente prima dell'ordine e che si è rivelato, sin da subito, una persona di rara gentilezza e cortesia, di eccezionale competenza che mi ha dato immediatamente tutte le delucidazioni che avevo chiesto con una dovizia di particolari ed un entusiasmo che non possono che essere figli della grande passione e competenza che lo animano) e tutto lo staff di ShopArt. La qualità delle Opere ricevute è davvero eccellente così come la velocità e la puntualità della consegna (ho effettuato l'ordine di domenica, il giorno dopo mi è stato comunicato che le riproduzioni erano già in lavorazione e mi sono state consegnate una settimana dopo accuratamente protette ed imballate). I lavori eccellenti sia per la assoluta fedeltà dei colori agli originali (soprattutto con riguardo a Notte sul Rodano tutte le altre riproduzioni che si trovano in vendita sul web presentano colori che nulla hanno a che vedere con l'originale ) sia per la tecnica usata. L'effetto pennellata rende la riproduzione assolutamente unica e speciale rispetto a qualunque altra in circolazione e davvero restituisce un effetto finale di una pittura ad olio. Ottima comunicazione con il signor Cilia, molto disponibile ed assolutamente preparato. Ho acquistato un opera di Guttuso, ovvero La Vucciria. Ottimi i tempi di produzione e consegna, il giorno dopo aver effettuato l'ordine era già pronto per la spedizione. il quadro si è presentato davvero ben imballato e protetto da del pluriball all'interno della confezione. Il quadro si presenta davvero ben fatto, di ottima fattura il telaio, superba qualità e fedeltà dei colori, la tela in cotone è davvero molto gradevole al tatto dando quel tocco di pregevolezza in più. Faccio i complimenti al signor Cilia e a tutto lo staff di shopart, davvero molto professionali. Tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare da loro. Excellent production and delivery times, the day after placing the order it was ready for shipment. the picture was presented really well packed and protected by bubble wrap inside the package. The picture looks really well done, the frame is of excellent workmanship, superb quality and color fidelity, the cotton canvas is really very pleasant to the touch, giving that extra touch of value. I congratulate Mr. Cilia and all the shopart staff, very professional. I will definitely be back to buy from them.
