Cerco assistenza al negozio, parlando col titolare e mostrando la scarpa con lo scontrino di acquisto, mi risponde che le scarpe erano in saldo ed è normale che si rovinino se la bambina ci cammina. Mi raccomando se acquistate scarpe in saldo in questo negozio non indossatele per camminarci altrimenti si rovinano! So much courtesy at the time of purchase but then the rip-off comes ...
