★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando ho voglia di sushi, il primo nome che penso è il Shizuka, comoda location tra Bologna e Modena. All you can eat con buone materie prime, la preparazione a vista con staff giovane e professionale, il servizio il più delle volte è veloce. Ottime anche le proposte di cucina Cinese che consiglio a chi non mangia sushi o pesce. Consigliato!
 When I feel like sushi, the first name I think is Shizuka, a convenient location between Bologna and Modena. All you can eat with good raw materials, preparation on sight with a young and professional staff, the service is most of the time fast. The Chinese cuisine proposals are also excellent, which I recommend to those who do not eat sushi or fish. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente moderno, che per essere un capannone è stato rifinito bene. Purtroppo un locale così ampio ne risente l'acustica, che crea un eco amplificato e fastidioso di voci, che da sostenere per tutta la cena, diventa pesante con il locale affollato.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, devo dire che sono rimasto molto colpito dalla buona consistenza del riso, che non era scotto come spesso capita negli all you can eat e il pesce l'ho trovato di una qualità migliore rispetto ad altri ristoranti delle categoria.
Non c'era una grande varietà per il sushi, ma alla fine sono più o meno sempre quelli i piatti che vengono fatti.
In generale sono rimasto soddisfatto.
Sicuramente tornerò.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacevole esperienza in questo ristorante sito a Castelfranco Emilia. Facilmente raggiungibile, è situato alle porte del paese venendo da Bologna con un parcheggio abbastanza ampio. Locale carino, curato, non molto grande con personale cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato bene, grazie anche al contributo del cameriere che ci ha spiegato i piatti. L'unica pecca riguarda il menù, è solo cartaceo, avrei gradito qualche foto per capire meglio i piatti, non sono un gran frequentatore di ristoranti giapponesi, e la disposizione del nostro tavolo che era molto vicino ad un' altro tavolo. Sono piccoli dettagli che avrei gradito, ma che non hanno influito sul mio giudizio finale, in quanto abbiamo mangiato bene con un costo nella media. Da riprovare
Pleasant experience in this restaurant located in Castelfranco Emilia. Easily accessible, it is located on the outskirts of the town coming from Bologna with a fairly large car park. Nice, well-kept, not very large restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. We ate well, thanks also to the contribution of the waiter who explained the dishes to us. The only flaw concerns the menu, it is paper only, I would have liked some photos to better understand the dishes, I am not a great frequenter of Japanese restaurants, and the layout of our table which was very close to another table. These are small details that I would have liked, but that did not affect my final judgment, as we ate well with an average cost. To try again

Sempre veloci e puntuali, piatti freschi e di ottima fattura, posizione centrale e comoda, direttamente in via Emilia direzione Bologna.
