È una pura arroganza. Prima di poter ricevere gli ospiti, bisogna saper leggere le leggi italiane ed essere consapevoli, che la pazienza del cliente è il miglior dono. Sconsiglio assolutamente. Unfortunately I was disappointed to receive for the second time the negative response from the concierge who prevented me from entering the restaurant. It is pure arrogance. Before being able to receive guests, one must know how to read Italian laws and be aware that the customer's patience is the best gift. I absolutely do not recommend.

Abbiamo ordinato alle 21:10, su 20 piatti ordinati all'inizio ne sono arrivati dopo 20 minuti metà, dopo 1h e 30 minuti ancora ad aspettare ancora metà ordinazione... Riordinato sperando di essere più fortunati, arrivavano le cose ordinate dopo e le altre si sono perse in cucina... Sono arrivati i ravioli dopo 2h, con un capello cotto insieme a loro, glielo si fa presente, e danno la colpa che mi fossi alzata e sia caduto dentro (peccato che ho i capelli biondi, ed il capello era nero...) MAI PIÙ... Too bad we can't give ZERO STARS ... POOR SERVICE, RUDE ... We ordered at 21:10, out of 20 dishes ordered at the beginning they arrived after 20 minutes half, after 1h and 30 minutes still waiting for half the order ... Tidied up hoping to be luckier, the ordered things came later and the others got lost in the kitchen ... M	Martina Raia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amavo questo posto, ma la qualità è calata tantissimo, sia per quanto riguarda il cibo (riso colloso, rolls spessi e stopposi, frutta e verdura acerbe...), sia l'atteggiamento dei camerieri: ci hanno messo fretta numerose volte nonostante fossimo arrivati alle e hanno giudicato spesso i piatti e le quantità che ordinavamo. Tornerò solo se qualcuno mi offrirà il pranzo. Personale corretto e attento al cliente. Ottimo posto per i bambini, con un robot che porta i piatti richiesti. Excellent cuisine, especially grilled or grilled fish. In compenso il locale è molto accogliente e il cibo proposto è molto buono, per non parlare del sashimi che era molto fresco (non di congelatore come altri ristoranti). Il personale è stato accogliente anche se ci sono stati dei piccoli problemi di barriera linguistica ma ovviamente ci si può passare sopra vista la qualità del cibo. If there was the possibility I would put four and a half stars, but it must be specified that I would do it only for the very limited menu. On the other hand, the place is very welcoming and the food on offer is very good, not to mention the sashimi which was very fresh (not from the freezer like other restaurants). The staff were welcoming even if there were some minor language barrier problems but obviously you can overlook them given the quality of the food.

Buoni anche i piatti della cucina.il locale è grazioso e pulito a voler esser pignoli forse solo un po buio in alcune zone. Per me uno dei migliori in Alessandria. Aggiornamento confermo si continui a mangiare molto bene e soprattutto per chi vuol mangiare pesce crudo le porzioni siano su di un altro livello rispetto agli altri e anche di qualità, ma c'è un grosso MA il riscaldamento quasi inesistente, viene voglia di mangiare con il giubbotto. Per questo abbasso il voto. Very good and well presented sushi, quick and friendly service. The dishes from the kitchen are also good. Update I confirm you continue to eat very well and especially for those who want to eat raw fish the portions are on another level than the others and also of quality, but there is a big BUT the almost non-existent heating, you want to eat with the jacket. Cinque stelle meritate per location, piatti, servizio e conto. Da provare. Con mia moglie lo scegliamo quando vogliamo cenare o pranzare senza avere il caos che si trova soprattutto nel fine settimana negli altri ristoranti! Molto buoni i piatti e pulita la cucina a vista.
