Ha fatto solo il taglio così a secco e mi hanno fatto pagare lo stesso 12€.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e disorganizzati, 9 postazioni ma sono solo in 2 a lavorare, dopo un'ora di attesa (con la ragazza che si spostava di frequente tra una signora alla quale faceva la piastra, lasciandola a metà, e una signora sotto al casco) ci hanno detto di tornare l'indomani perché avrebbero messo "45 minuti" (erano solo le 16) per fare la piega ai capelli lunghi ma hanno accettato una signora per il colore "perché ci vuole poco con i capelli corti". Ah wow, la discriminazione sulla lunghezza dei capelli non l'avevo mai sentita.
Rude and disorganized, 9 workstations but only 2 are working, after an hour of waiting (with the girl who frequently moved between a lady to whom she made the plate, leaving it halfway, and a lady under the helmet) they said to come back the next day because it would take "45 minutes" (it was only 4pm) to style their long hair but they accepted a lady for the color "because it doesn't take much with short hair". Ah wow, I've never heard of hair length discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, parrucchiere molto attento alle richieste (sono stata molto pignola, ha seguito attentamente le mie indicazioni). Sono soddisfatta. Locale molto ampio che permette di mantenere distanza di sicurezza ma soprattutto non affollato. Fanno in modo che gli appuntamenti vengano presi a distanza di un'ora l'uno dall'altro e questo non è da molti! Dato che il locale è piuttosto grande, potrebbero approfittarne ma non lo fanno. Quindi 5 stelle meritate soprattutto per il modo in cui lavorano. Non sono solita andare dal parrucchiere perché taglio i capelli da sola ma questa era un'urgenza perché mi si era rotto il tagliacapelli e nell'attesa di uno nuovo ho provato il loro servizio. BRAVI RAGAZZI. SICURAMENTE TORNERÒ DA VOI IN CASO DI NECESSITÀ.
Friendly staff, hairdresser very attentive to requests (I was very fussy, he followed my instructions carefully). I am satisfied. Very large room that allows you to keep a safe distance but above all not crowded. They make sure that appointments are made within an hour of each other and this is not for many! Since the venue is quite large, they might take advantage of it but they don't. So you deserve 5 stars especially for the way they work. I don't usually go to the hairdresser because I cut my hair myself but this was an urgency because my clipper broke and while waiting for a new one I tried their service. GOOD GUYS. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO YOU IN CASE OF NEED.

L ultima volta mi hanno deluso, tagliato di fretta, più corti di quelli che volevo e male (mi sono rimasti dei ciuffi più lunghi). Avevo chiesto un taglio pari ma non è stato esaudito il desiderio.
Sono delusa.
In più il locale è troppo sporco e disordinato.
Peccato
I often went there for a quick and not too demanding haircut.
Last time they let me down, cut in a hurry, shorter than I wanted and badly (I have longer tufts left). I had asked for an even cut but the wish was not granted.
I am disappointed.
In addition, the place is too dirty and messy.
