M	Michela De Grossoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo adottato il nostro Helmut nel 2015 ! 5 anni con noi , da cane schivo e pauroso è diventato un bel signorino fiero e tanto coccolone ! Le responsabili sono state gentilissime, avendo già una cagnolina all'atto dell'adozione ci hanno aiutato a far socializzare i due cani e seguiti in tutti i passaggi . Helmut ci è stato affidato solo dopo ( giustamente ) 3 incontri con lui nel parco del canile . Ci ha subito rapito il cuore ! Il cane gode di ottima salute e è di buon temperamento! Il luogo dove viveva è pulito e ben tenuto !! Complimenti a tutti , bravissimi! We adopted our Helmut in 2015! 5 years with us, from a shy and fearful dog he became a beautiful proud and very cuddly gentleman! The managers were very kind, already having a dog at the time of adoption, they helped us to socialize the two dogs and followed in all the steps. Helmut was entrusted to us only after (rightly) 3 meetings with him in the kennel park. He immediately stole our hearts! The dog is in excellent health and has a good temperament! The place where he lived is clean and well kept !! Congratulations to all, very good!

Vediamo un pastore del lagorai di un annetto, Baron, allorchè lunedì chiamiamo il canile e il primo appuntamento disponibile causa problemi di lavoro è sabato (dopo aver sorpassato le domande preliminari al telefono). La signora Donatella ci conferma che il cane è prenotato e che agli altri lo avrebbe fatto solo vedere. Una volta giunto sabato noi andiamo lì alle 10.30 come da appuntamento solo che la signora Donatella non ci ha seguito minimamente, anzi, se ne è andata con altri signori. Se ne son venuti fuori che il padrone rivoleva il cane indietro. Alla fine siamo venuti a conoscenza che Baron è stato affidato ad un'altra famiglia (quindi abbiamo fatto 30 km e perso una giornata di lavoro per niente, quindi i gestori del canile sono tutto fuorchè corretti). Quindi per concludere c'è poca correttezza all'interno di questo canile. Se volete un bel cane andatevelo a comprare! We see a one year old shepherd from the lagorai, Baron, when we call the kennel on Monday and the first available appointment due to work problems is Saturday (after passing the preliminary questions on the phone). Mrs Donatella confirms that the dog is booked and that she would only show it to the others. Once we arrive on Saturday we go there at 10.30 as by appointment only that Mrs. Donatella did not follow us in the least, on the contrary, she left with other gentlemen. It turned out that the owner wanted the dog back. Eventually we learned that Baron has been entrusted to another family (so we did 30km and lost a day's work for nothing, so the kennel managers are anything but fair). So to conclude there is little fairness within this kennel. If you want a nice dog go and buy it! Nobody gives you anything for free

C'è anche possibilità di pensione. Io stesso, da Bologna, ho adottato qui un meraviglioso Pit bull, e sono stato seguito in modo egregio da Donatella e Cristiana. Cuore, passione e professionalità. One of the few 5 star kennels in Italy. Dogs and cats are really well treated, spotless location and exceptional staff. There is also the possibility of retirement. I myself, from Bologna, have adopted a wonderful Pit bull here, and have been followed in an excellent way by Donatella and Cristiana. Heart, passion and professionalism.
C	Caterina Tasinato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, vediamo una bastardina arrivata il giorno prima li in canile, ce ne innamoriamo fin da subito, diciamo al ragazzo Riccardo che sarei arrivata a casa, ne avrei parlato con i miei genitori e gli avrei fatto sapere al massimo il giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo chiamo il ragazzo e mi dice che il cane lo aveva già visto il giorno prima un altra famiglia e che dovevo aspettare che loro decidessero se adottarlo oppure no. La domenica mi dice che lo aveva adottato l'altra famiglia, espongo per messaggio al ragazzo quanto ci fossi rimasta male visto che la cagnolina l'avevamo vista prima noi e che gli avevo detto che gli avremmo fatto sapere e il ragazzo non ha nemmeno risposto. Poco corretto e poco professionale, non lo consiglierò a nessuno! m	matteo ghiraldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia esperienza, una mattina mi alzo e vedo nella pagina FB una bellissima cagnolina di nome Chanel, chiamo alle 8.30 mi risponde Donatella che mi da subito l'appuntamento per le 11 (fantastica) , vado là all'orario prefissato, compilo il classico questionario e vado a vedere la cagnolina, i box sono tenuti molto bene ed hanno un ampio spazio verde, detto questo ci accordiamo sul fatto che un volontario venga a casa mia a vedere, giustamente, la recinzione, attendo qualche giorno, visionano il tutto e mi danno l'ok, chiamo Donatella per accordarmi sul giorno che devo andare a prendere Chanel e così porto a casa questo splendore di cagnolina. Che dire un ringraziamento particolare a Donatella che mi ha seguito e che senza tanti problemi (a differenza dei CANILI in cui ero già stato e che a mio parere preferivano tenerli là i cani piuttosto di darli in affido.... chissà come mai ???) mi ha fatto portare a casa Chanel....se cercate un cane ed soprattutto avete amore per loro andate a Merlara e troverete persone preparate e magari anche il cane che fa'per voi.
