Arrivo,ordino,pago e vedendo che la serata è un po' concitata mi metto in un angolino e aspetto..nel frattempo arrivano diverse persone che ordinano al momento di tutto (pizze,pizze famiglia,pizze kebab ecc..)e fino a qui ok..se non fosse che queste persone vengono servite prima di me!!!?l'ho trovato un comportamento davvero scorretto!!! Continuo ad aspettare e noto dei panini vuoti che sono lì da un bel po' di cui uno bruciato e spero non abbia intenzione di darmi quelli..ma non riesco a vedere.. speranza vana..dopo 40 minuti ecco finalmente i miei 2 panini (tiepidi)arrivo a casa,li apro e uno era quello bruciato, l'altro di bruciato aveva la carne che era stata messa a fiamma alta,immagino per via delle tempistiche sbagliate.. insomma 8 euro buttati e la triste consapevolezza che lì non ci metterò più piede!! I keep waiting and I notice some empty sandwiches that have been there for quite a while, one of which is burnt and I hope he's not going to give me those .. but I can't see .. vain hope .. after 40 minutes here are finally my 2 sandwiches (lukewarm) I arrive home, I open them and one was burnt, the other burnt had the meat that had been put on a high flame, I guess because of the wrong timing ... in short, 8 euro thrown away and the sad knowledge that there I'll put more foot in it !!

L’ultima questa sera (mercoledí), mi dicono che devo aspettare mezz’ora per la pizza, nonostante i tempi lunghi, accetto. Dopo un’ INTERA ORA, della pizza non c’era traccia e al telefono mi dicono che c’è un po’ di ritardo. Dopo un’ora e dieci chiedo che venga annullato l’ordine e mi sento rispondere “non è possibile il ragazzo delle consegne è già uscito”. Attendo il ragazzo un altro quarto d’ora, richiamo e scopro che ha richiamato indietro il ragazzo senza avvisarmi e lasciandomi ad aspettare delle pizze che non sarebbero mai arrivate. Questo è scorretto e assolutamente non tollerabile. Ormai questa situazione sta diventando la normalità, peccato perché ero da anni loro cliente. I state that I have been their regular customer for years (at least from 2016-2017) however, in recent months, there is no delivery that is correct, on time and warm. The last one this evening (Wednesday), they tell me that I have to wait half an hour for the pizza, despite the long times, I accept. After a WHOLE HOUR, there was no trace of the pizza and on the phone they tell me that there is a bit of delay. After an hour and ten I ask for the order to be canceled and I hear the reply "it's not possible, the delivery guy has already gone out". I wait for the boy for another quarter of an hour, I call back and discover that he called the boy back without warning me and leaving me to wait for the pizzas that would never arrive. This is incorrect and absolutely not tolerable. By now this situation is becoming the norm, too bad because I was their client for years.
