★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pultroppo la visita che dovevamo fare ha avuto 1ora e mezzo di ritardo... al mio lamentarmi una dipendente ha chiaramente detto che se vogliamo gli appuntamenti puntuali dobbiamo andare a pagamento! Come se queste persone lavorassero gratuitamente!!! L'Italia fa sempre più schifo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena telefonato all'ufficio che si occupa delle pratiche per l'invalidità per avere alcune informazioni. Non speravo di ottenere nulla ma ci ho provato lo stesso. Piacevole ed utilissima scoperta! Ho parlato con un'impiegata, di cui non ho chiesto il nome, ma che si è resa disponibile con gentilezza e competenza. Ha risolto il mio problema. La ringrazio e non solo per me stessa, ma anche perchè contribuisce a sfatare la "solita beceraggine" suglla "poca voglia di lavorare" degli impiegati pubblici. Un altro mondo civile è possibile e ce ne sono molti disponibili, cortesi e competenti. Grazie signora X!!!
I just phoned the office that deals with practices for disability to get some information. I wasn't hoping for anything but I tried it anyway. Pleasant and very useful discovery! I spoke to an employee, whose name I did not ask for, but who made herself available with kindness and competence. It solved my problem. Thank you not only for myself, but also because it helps to debunk the "usual beceraggine" suglla "little desire to work" of public employees. Another civilized world is possible and there are many available, courteous and competent. Thanks Ms. X !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita di 1 minuto, tutto apposto e efficiente finché non devo pagare. Le macchinette non prendevano la tessera sanitaria. Il personale non è affatto stato d'aiuto nel risolvere il problema.
I took a 1 minute visit, all right and efficient until I have to pay. The machines did not take the health card. The staff were not at all helpful in solving the problem.
