★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding!!! Everything was perfect - The wine, the menu, the food, the service, value for money, ambience and location. They were happy to alter one of the menu items, to make it meat-free for me. One of the interesting features of the restaurant is a glass floor over a water feature with fish.

The food was excellent value and excellent quality. All fresh and tasty.
The restaurant was packed at lunchtime with a very nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, I have tried a quite few chinese/thai/japanese/indian restaurants in this area. By far, Shanghai is the best so far (four stars because this was my first visit). The restuarant is clean, service is prompt, and food is excellent. However, if you read my other reviews, then do not compare this Chinese food with Milan or Florence chinese. They are different. Shanghai's taste more like what you would have in US and this is my Chinese place of choice in padua/vicenza/verona. Especially, I loved their seafood soup (great for 해장 after drinking a day before). Fried rice is not too greasy so it will be easy on your stomach. I also ordered crispy duck and it was awesome, but wish the portion was a little bigger. Overall, excellent place, good food, and good price. Trifecta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food tends to be ok but the staff is off the charts rude. We wanted to have (a repeat) lunch and a young waitress told us that they open in 10 minutes. I kindly asked if we could sit down and wait. "Better not" was the rude reply. This was the last time for us. If I could rate the place with O stars I would do so.
