Elena é una persona molto competente, gentile, discretae molto attenta. É un piacere coccolarsi in questo centro estetico! I prezzi sono buonissimi, Elena è sempre puntuale, propone prodotti e trattamenti anche personalizzati e io mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Inoltre l'ambiente é sempre molto calmo e silenzioso, consigliatissimo!!! The center is clean and very comfortable, I have had massages, manicures, various treatments, waxing, lasers. Le lavage est peu vigoureux, puis pose de la crème. le démalage est fait avec une lenteur sans peigne à larges dents. Le broshing n'est pas fait avec une ronde traditionnelle mais une brosse plate rectangulaire en plastique. Le coiffeur jeune n'a aucune vitalité dans les mains et le brushing ressemble à un mouvement lent de brossage sans aucun défrisage dès la racine du cheveu si séchage complet. J'informe dès le début que je refuse les plaques car j'ai déjà eu les cheveux brûlés en Italie il y a quelques années. Sans surprise, mon cheveu est à peine séché, mouillé en dessous, pas défrisé, j'ai un volume important alors que je voulais un cheveu raide comme à mon arrivée. Je refuse à nouveau les plaques, je paye 24€ et je refais le brushing avec du vrai matériel adéquate professionnel acheté à PARIS en rentrant dans mon hôtel, 30 minutes pour rattraper le désastre payant à 24€. Le coiffeur affirme que c'est un vrai professionnel mais il a jamais vu une vraie brosse à brushing et je ressors en ressemblant à un chien. I have a short bob with curly hair. The young hairdresser has no vitality in his hands and brushing looks like a slow brushing movement without any straightening from the root of the hair if completely dry. I inform from the beginning that I refuse the plates because I already had my hair burned in Italy a few years ago. Unsurprisingly, my hair is barely dried, wet underneath, not straightened, I have a lot of volume when I wanted straight hair like when I arrived. I refuse the plates again, I pay 24€ and I redo the brushing with real adequate professional equipment bought in PARIS on returning to my hotel, 30 minutes to catch up with the disaster paying 24€. The hairdresser claims he's a real professional but he's never seen a real blow-dry brush and I come out looking like a dog.
