★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seven Suites were wonderful hosts for our four nights in Rome. The staff (especially Guido) were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, giving us top local tips for food and sights. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was in the café downstairs, offering a chance to see the locals cramming in a quick pastry and strong coffee before work. Great for people watching and soaking up the local vibe. The local area has a park and some restaurants and good gelateria. It's about a 20 minute walk along the river to get to the outskirts of town on the east of the river, and about 15 minutes to the edge of Trastevere on the west. As it's a guest house, you don't see the staff until the next morning after check in, so it would be helpful if they would leave the restaurant recommendations in your welcome letter. If you are stuck on your first night, we would recommend Lo Scopettaro round the corner. It served beautiful pasta, but you will need to reserve a table!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accomodation in the heart of local bars and restaurants. Only a short commute on Metro or 20 to 50 Min walk to majority of historical sites. We did both and had a great time. Guido the manager was very accomodating for our early check in and the apartments were extremely modern and clean with good WiFi.
Also use the breakfast tokens at the bar/restraunt below the apartments, the coffee and food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful find. the front desk staff were so helpful and polite. Its a little distance from the centre of Rome In Testaccio but is in a good neighborhood with a splendid patisserie at street level where you exchange vouchers for breakfast. If this is at all off-putting, don’t let it. Not only are the rooms spotless and spacious but it’s quiet and you mix with the locals quite happily in the patisserie. The staff In the patisserie know you’re just ‘staying’ (we were there for four nights) and make you quite at home and of course the pastries and coffee are first class. A great stay, met some locals and at a sensible price for Rome. Oh and at the local restaurant “Forno” they speak English and we’re terribly kind. What a super experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in June. The staff is fabulous, the rooms are nice and large. Newly remodeled. The bathroom is large. Shower especially is large. If you are first time visiting or have been to Rome a number of times, I highly recommend staying here. You are experiencing the true italian life with the locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - There is no one at the hotel to let you in or give information, we met the receptionist after 2 days of the visit.
- Unsafe area. Our car got broken into.
- They made us pay taxes in cash and said it was the policy. They did not accept credit card. We didn’t get a receipt.
- The room doesn’t look like the photo.
- the towels were never changed during the visit.
- Very bad and limited breakfast at a dirty restaurant.
- No respect for the restrictions of the pandemic.
- the AC didn’t work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Very bad and limited breakfast at a dirty restaurant. You could chose between pizza or croissant.
- There is no one at the desk.
- Unsafe area. Our car got broken into.
- The hotel wanted us to pay taxes in cash (without giving us a real receipt) and said it was the policy.
- The hotel isn’t as it seems on booking.com
- They never changed the towels and we didn’t get enough of hygiene items so we had to buy our own during the visit.
On top of this we tried to kindly ask to checkout after two days and get the money back for the days we didn’t want to stay but pay for the days we’ve been there. They said no and as a punishment they didn’t clean our room even thought we put the “please clean our room” door hanger. It was a horrible hotel experience…
