M	Massimo Dell'Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da due anni ormai non mi arrivano più i bollettini del gas a casa, nonostante le svariate segnalazioni devo recarmi in questi uffici a ritirarli e sentirmi dire che la colpa è delle poste (quindi secondo loro sono 2 anni che le poste perdono i bollettini). Inoltre nonostante le letture prese dall'operatore ancora oggi sbagliano a calcolare i metri cubi effettivi ed a stimare i consumi, e come se non bastasse questo mese mi hanno addebitato gli interessi sul totale di una fattura non pagata proprio perché annullata in quanto basata su un calcolo di consumi sovrastimati (molto sovrastimati), ma come è possibile che non si riesca ad eseguire: 1. Una lettura di un contatore 2. Una moltiplicazione 3. La spedizione di una fattura Non mi sembrano delle mansioni così complesse e fossi solo io ad avere questi problemi, durante le lunghe attese anche le altre persone si lamentano delle stesse cose. Gentilmente potreste cortesemente chiudere e cedere l'attività a persone capaci di assolvere i 3 punti di cui sopra? m	maria sorrentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella che non vale neanche una stalla...Servizio inesistente con costi eccessivi.Gli impiegati sono incompetenti e svogliati.E' un anno che non riescono a risolvere il problema, cioè addebito in conto richiesto da marzo 2021 e poi mi viene richiesto il deposito cauzionale...oggi per la ventesima volta sono stata negli uffici e il problema non lo sanno risolvere.Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile, mi è stato risposto che devo prenotare tramite telefono un appuntamento...mi chiedo e chiedo a chi di dovere... può un utente pagatore che ha richiesto l'addebito in conto,ricevere una raccomandata,dopo circa un anno,con la quale mi si intima di pagare il deposito cauzionale...??? andrò davanti al giudice per un mio diritto.E' vergognoso...sono capace di presentare questo schifo in TV e altri Mass media.
