★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa nuova palestra sulla via principale di Malonno è davvero ottima. Non ha nulla da invidiare alle palestre dei club delle città. Luminosa, pulita e spaziosa il giusto. La sala pesi è fornita di una gran quantità di manubri, gabbia per lo squat libero, panca inclinata e panca piana, multipower, due ercoline, lat machine, pulley, leg curl e leg extension, pressa ed ancora altri macchinari per il lavoro isotonico. Ci sono tapis roulants e cyclettes, due rastrelliere e quindi zona per corpo libero e addominali. L'ingresso singolo costa 10 euro. Gli spogliatoi hanno armadietti abbastanza grandi e le docce hanno il getto a pioggia e l'acqua è calda subito dal primo getto. Sono presenti asciugacapelli e salviettine di carta. In alta Valle è una delle palestre migliori in cui mi sono trovata ad allenarmi.

In the high valley it is one of the best gyms I have found myself training in.
