★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vuoi fare shopping a Parma Settebí é la meta perfetta! Questo shop é situato nel centro di Parma e a differenza della gran parte dei negozi che si trovano nella medesima zona non é una catena.
Settebí mi piace molto perché vi trovo sempre prodotti di alta qualità, Made in Italy, proposte nuove e all’ultimo grido, tra cui delle borse stupende.
Inoltre il personale, in particolare Giulia, é estremamente cortese e sempre pronto a consigliarti.
 If you want to go shopping in Parma Settebí is the perfect destination! This shop is located in the center of Parma and unlike most of the shops in the same area it is not a chain.
I like Settebí very much because I always find high quality products, Made in Italy, new and cutting-edge proposals, including wonderful bags.
Furthermore, the staff, especially Giulia, is extremely courteous and always ready to advise you.

Trovo che sia un negozio davvero ben gestito, la cura al dettaglio è una delle cose che apprezzo di più, nulla è lasciato al caso! Di conseguenza anche il cliente è seguito ed aiutato con estrema gentilezza e attenzione alle proprie esigenze!
Lo consiglio vivamente, sia per il personale che per la merce di qualità :)
I entered Settebi once by chance while walking around Parma, then I got to know them well through instagram. I find it a really well managed shop, the attention to detail is one of the things I appreciate the most, nothing is left to chance! Consequently, the customer is also followed and helped with extreme kindness and attention to their needs!
I highly recommend it, both for staff and quality merchandise :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto il negozio in Instagram e dopo il primo acquisto ho stretto amicizia con Giulia la proprietaria che è una persona splendida.
Siamo diventate amiche e ormai io acquisto solo da lei anche se io abito a Venezia.
Sono stata anche lì personalmente a gennaio e posso solo confermare che sono tutte molto disponibili e gentili e che sanno fare bene il loro lavoro.
Insomma è IL MIO NEGOZIO PREFERITO❤️❤️❤️
I discovered the shop on Instagram and after the first purchase I made friends with Giulia the owner who is a splendid person.
We became friends and now I only buy from her even if I live in Venice.
I was also there personally in January and I can only confirm that they are all very helpful and kind and that they do their job well.
In short, it is MY FAVORITE STORE❤️❤️❤️

La consegna è velocissima e il prodotto acquistato è sempre confezionato con le loro borsette bellissima e comodissime che si possono riutilizzare. Lo consiglio vivamente. Prodotti ottimi e la titolare è una ragazza davvero in gamba che dà consigli e ti segue nel tuo acquisto anke se non vai direttamente nel loro negozio.
I have purchased several times from them, always online since they are from another region and I have always had a great time. Delivery is very fast and the purchased product is always packaged with their beautiful and very comfortable bags that can be reused. I highly recommend it. Excellent products and the owner is a really smart girl who gives advice and follows you in your purchase even if you don't go directly to their shop.

Ma sono molto rammaricata da come la signora ci ha trattate. Veramente arrogante e maleducata, ci ha messe a disagio.
Avremmo avuto bisogno di qualcuno che ci rincuorasse e consigliasse con dolcezza e gentilezza, invece ci siamo sentite trattate a pesci in faccia.
Peccato perché le altre ragazze sembravano invece molto gentili e carine, ma questa signora ci ha veramente indisposte e ci ha spinte ad andarcene senza acquistare nulla.
Saremmo contente di tornare, ma solo se servite con cordialità e gentilezza.

But I am very sorry about how the lady treated us. Really arrogant and rude, it made us uncomfortable.
We would have needed someone to cheer us up and advise us with sweetness and kindness, instead we felt treated like a fish in the face.
Too bad because the other girls seemed very kind and nice, but this lady really indisposed us and pushed us to leave without buying anything.
We would be happy to return, but only if served with warmth and kindness.

Che dire, Giulia, la proprietaria è una persona gentilissima, appassionata al suo lavoro e super disponibile, mi ha aiutato via whatsapp per la scelta della taglia giusta e ha avuto ragione! Il giubbotto che ho comprato è meraviglioso, ancora meglio dal vivo che in foto, una qualità ottima! Tra l’altro i suoi capi sono tutti Made in Italy, cosa non da poco! Sono super soddisfatta del mio acquisto ed è un negozio che consiglio fortemente a chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dal solito, ma soprattutto di qualità! Farò sicuramente altri ordini ?
