Aggiungo che la faccenda è ancora attuale oggi il 17 febbraio 2021. Non funziona la stampa, non c'è traccia del resto. Poi il capotreno mi suggerisce di andare alla biglietteria a Termini per comunicarlo e riavere i soldi indietro ( 2 euro ). Basterebbe scrivere FUORI SERVIZIO. È così difficile????Stiamo a maggio 2021 e la macchinetta non funziona come deve, non stampa. L'unica cosa che è cambiata che ti dà il resto. Purtroppo non si può fidare di questo servizio. Della sala d'attesa non c'è traccia. La struttura è fatiscente. È la prima volta che do una sola stella ad una stazione, ma di più proprio non posso, nemmeno sulla fiducia. Staff? Absent. Parking? Ho preso casa apposta qua vicino così posso andare a lavorare dall'altra parte di Roma in tempi ragionevoli senza prendere la macchina. Manca però qualsiasi servizio ausiliare come bagni bar tabacchi e non è accessibile ai disabili. Regional trains don't stop to wait for intercity and arrow signs as they travel on different tracks.
