Ieri sono andato lì di persona per scoprire che il negozio fisico non esiste, e purtroppo vedo dalle recensioni che non sono l’unico a cui è successo.
Direi che andrebbe comunicata più chiaramente l’assenza di negozio fisico.

Yesterday I went there in person to find out that the physical store does not exist, and unfortunately I see from the reviews that I am not the only one that has happened.
I would say that the absence of a physical store should be communicated more clearly.

Ho acquistato una borsa SW-MOTECH che non riuscivo a trovare altrove se non con lunga attesa e prima dell’ordine mi hanno confermato telefonicamente la disponibilità entro 3 giorni e così è stato!! Inoltre, a differenza di buona parte degli altri e-commerce, rispondono al telefono… e ti danno info in tempo reale!!

Mi è stato consigliato caldamente di rivolgermi allo shop online 72...e sono rimasto sorpreso nell’apprendere che avevano a disposizione proprio il modello da me richiesto, soprattutto sono rimasto felicemente sorpreso per il prezzo per me molto “risparmioso”. Prima della transazione ho avuto modo di contattare un addetto che mi ha saputo aiutare in tutto, anche rispondendo ad alcune mie curiosità riguardo agli accessori per moto che avrei intenzione di comperare prossimamente, e sono così contento di aver trovato questo sito online che lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici e a molta altra gente . Assolutamente soddisfatto del mio acquisto e lo consiglio caldamente!
I bought an ICON helmet from this online store (a brand that cannot be found in Milan) at the beginning I was a bit worried about the size issue but with a tailor's meter, two neurons and the professional and fast help from customer service the helmet arrived in very little time and the fit is perfect! Absolutely happy with my purchase and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inadvisable! Order Process went quick. Thought I could order some nice bike stuff. They charged me extra fee for express delivery and then nothing. As my order didn't arrive, I took action and try to contact them. No phone answer at any time, one email that they have problems but more than 3 weeks later still nothing. Bad expierence, never again!
