Con mio grande stupore ho potuto constatare che si occupano anche della vendita delle piscine desjoyaux. Posto consigliato. Qualified staff, very attentive to customer needs. C	Carmine Raggiunti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con Set Marmi per una fornitura di mattonelle da interno, la cui esperienza definire negativa è un eufemismo. Circa un mese fa ho fatto un ordine di mattonelle del tipo "listoni effetto legno" Gres Porcellanato 20X120 1^ scelta, per mq.42,30. Alla consegna della merce ho notato che le mattonelle erano leggermente arcuate (una lieve bombatura al centro). Ho fatto presente il problema, e il titolare mi ha detto che quel tipo di mattonella deve essere con quella caratteristica. In merito ho consultato vari artigiani (piastrellisti), e la risposta è stata univoca: "la posa in opera è possibile, ma, comunque, le mattonelle sono da ritenersi non perfette". Ho chiesto (sia al titolare che ai tecnici della DOM) come mai al momento della scelta e relativo ordine di acquisto mi è stato garantito che tutto il materiale sarebbe stato perfettamente conforme e senza anomalie come il campione che mi è stato mostrato, e invece non è stato così? La risposta (esaustiva) non è mai arrivata. Anzi...Ometto qualsiasi considerazione sull'inqualificabile atteggiamento del titolare (Sig.Giovanni). Abbiamo trovato qualità ed estetica dei materiali, uno show room bagni con soluzioni differenti di cui un paio ci hanno subito convinto. Il Parquet CP modello Vicenza oliato visto a terra è veramente di livello ( anche grazie ad un bravissimo posatore ) così come i lastroni in gres grigio cemento da 120cm che abbiamo posato in cucina. Stefano e Giovanni sono sempre stati super disponibili e ci sono sempre venuti incontro anche nel risolvere gli inevitabili piccoli intoppi che si creano nei cantieri. The Vicenza model CP oiled parquet seen on the ground is really level (also thanks to a very good installer) as well as the 120cm concrete gray stone slabs that we laid in the kitchen. Stefano and Giovanni have always been super helpful and have always met us too in solving the inevitable small hitches that are created on construction sites.

Hanno un'ampia scelta di materiali, dal più economico a quello più pregiato. Il parquet che abbiamo scelto ha totalmente cambiato l'ambiente di casa rendendolo caldo e accogliente, proprio quello che cercavo. All'interno ho trovato Davide il quale mi ha seguito e consigliato in tutte le fasi di progettazione. Il loro lavoro non si limita alla sola progettazione e vendita, ma ho trovato estremamente soddisfacente anche il post vendita. Nei cantieri si sa... ogni giorno è un problema, ma con loro ho sempre trovato una persona pronta a rispondere e a risolvere in tempi brevi. Appena terminati i lavori del mio appartamento. Che dire, non potevo chiedere di meglio. Serieta', puntualita' ed l'esperienza nel settore. Stefano mi ha seguito per tutta la durata dei lavori ascoltando le mie esigenze, con uno spettro di proposte migliorative e risolutive sempre a portata di mano, dedicando tanto tempo ed attenzione per cercare insieme a me le soluzioni migliori non superando il budget che mi ero prefissato. Sicuramente per me sono la squadra di fiducia per qualsiasi intervento di questa natura. Li raccomando !
