Di tanto in tanto, Gerlando, mi chiama al telefono e dopo qualche affettuoso convenevolo, mi dice che c'è qualche pescione staordinario, allora inizio a chiamare gli amici, organizzo e vado a prendere il pesce per una particolare cena.

Always fresh local fish, I usually have Gerlando (owner) do what to buy. Kindness and courtesy are at home. From time to time, Gerlando calls me on the phone and after some affectionate conventions, he tells me that there is some extraordinary fish, so I start calling friends, organizing and going to get the fish for a particular dinner.
