Il giorno concordato scendo all'orario stabilito, aspetto tre minuti e non vedendo passare nessuno chiamo il taxi e, il tassista molto sgarbato mi risponde che non c'era nessuno all'orario stabilito e che era partito per fare una corsa di mezz'ora.
Ora, ammettiamo anche che io sia scesa un minuto dopo l'orario stabilito, non di più, mi sembra assurdo che un taxi non aspetti nemmeno un minuto o che non controlli perlomeno la strada.
Prima di scrivere la recensione, ho letto le altre e ho notato che questa cosa è successa anche a un'altra persona, il taxi addirittura non si è fermato e ha risposto esattamente dicendo che "non c'era nessuno all'indirizzo stabilito".
In sostanza è inutile prenotare, in quanto se il tassista riceve una chiamata per una corsa più lunga non si farà scrupoli a lasciarvi a piedi.
Ho preso spesso il taxi a Novara, ci sono molto tassisti gentili ed educati, è davvero un peccato che ci siano determinati personaggi che abbassino notevolmente la media.

Before writing the review, I read the others and I noticed that this thing also happened to another person, the taxi did not even stop and answered exactly saying that "there was no one at the established address".
Basically it is useless to book, as if the taxi driver receives a call for a longer ride, he will have no qualms about leaving you on foot.
I have often taken a taxi in Novara, there are very kind and polite taxi drivers, it is really a pity that there are certain characters who significantly lower the average.
