R	Raffaello Meo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Lecce si chiamano "muerti tisi", ovvero voglia di lavorare saltami addosso... non mi piace e non provo piacere a scrivere recensioni negative, ma in questo caso è doveroso e 1 stella è anche troppo! Nello specifico mi reco in officina per una semplice convergenza, al netto delle attese e del prezzo esoso rispetto alla concorrenza, nel giro dei 3000 km successivi, il mezzo mi distrugge letteralmente i due pneumatici anteriori nuovi. Tornato per chiedere spiegazioni dopo 2 settimane, prima di sostituire nuovamente i due pneumatici ormai arrivati "ai ferri', mi dicono che l'inconveniente non dipende da loro ma dal mezzo con le testine e i tiranti consumati. Controllo del mio meccanico che mi conferma che è tutto ok. Mi reco su suo consiglio presso un gommista della zona industriale e salta fuori convergenza totalmente sballata a causa, quasi sicuramente, di un settaggio errato, forse di altro modello di veicolo, del macchinario per la convergenza. Complimenti... si può sbagliare nella vita, ma almeno bisogna saper chidere scusa! 120 euro di pneumatici più 35 euro di convergenza buttate nel cesso... "sienti a mie, ane bà cuegghi paparine..." Returned to ask for explanations after 2 weeks, before replacing again the two tires that have now arrived "to the irons', they tell me that the inconvenience does not depend on them but on the vehicle with the worn heads and tie rods. Check of my mechanic who confirms that everything is ok, I go to his tire dealer in the industrial area and he turns out to be totally out of convergence, almost certainly due to an incorrect setting, perhaps of another vehicle model, of the convergence machinery. Congratulations ... you can make a mistake in life, but at least you have to know how to apologize! 120 euros of tires plus 35 euros of convergence thrown in the toilet ... "hear me, ane bà cuegghi paparine ..."

Porto la macchina poco prima della chiusura e in 10 min mi risolvono il problema. E ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Si sono guadagnati un nuovo cliente. Very kind people. Mi presento alle 17,30 con la gomma da riparare e mi risponde,, devo andare dai miei figli alle 18 lasciandomi per strada con la gomma forata. I ask what time the business closed.
